My calves were sooooooo effin pumped after the drop sets. They felt huge. I tried to take pics cuz they were looking badass too, but it's hard trying to pose, turn around and take a pic of the back of your legs haha. I tried like 10 times and the pics were blurry. I'll have to get my fiancee to take some soon. Only 1 more week left of the MFX V3 :(

I have to call this run a success.
Would you recommend MFX V3 to others?

Hell yes I would! The strength gains alone are ridiculous! Literally every single session I gained reps, weight, or both! I also gained 3lbs of body weight as well. The aggression in the gym is insane as well. Couple that with my music and i'm ready to take on anything :head: Muscle hardness is also apparent. They feel fuller, harder, and last night my fiancee commented on my quads being really hard and I wasn't even flexing :)

3lbs on the scale, increased weight on pretty much all exercises, harder looking muscles (probably from dropped bodyfat), and fuller looking muscles? Sounds like it worked pretty well for ya bassgod, thanks for the great review!

Day 23: Arms/Cardio

Tri Pushdowns - 110x15, 160x10, 225x14(+5lbs), 225x13(+3rp)

Machine Tri Extensions - 60x20, 110x15, 185x16(+5lbs), 185x16(same)

Skull Crushers - 30x12, 50x8, 70x17(+3rp)

Reverse Grip Bench - 185x10 Tried these as a new tri exercise. Wasn't feeling it, so i'll stick with skulls next time.

EZ Cable Curls - 80x12, 120x10, 185x14(+5lbs and 1 rp), 185x16(+4rp) These last 2 sets KILLED my forearms. A sharp pain kept pulsing through the outer part of my forearms where the bone is. This has given me problems in the past, but has been fine recently. Last night it was bbbbaaddd.

Machine Preacher Curls - 80x10, 100x8, 120x18(+5lbs and 6rp, but the last 3 were forced), 120x18 w/ 3 forced(+3rp) These also hurt my forearms pretty badly.

Concentration Curls - 35x8, 40x8, 45x15(+2rp), 45x14(+1rp)<---Had to help my left arm just a tiny bit to fully complete the last rep on this set.

13min Treadmill because I was pressed for time.

My tris were looking sick and the pump in my bi's was crazyyyyy. They stayed pretty full until I went to bed about 1.5hrs later.

OLD SCHOOL BUT STILL BADASS!!

DAY 25: Legs/Abs/Cardio

Leg Press - 437x10, 617x8, 857x12(+2rp), 867x10(+10lbs)

Toe Press - 347x15, 527x15, 757x18(+10lbs), 767x16(+15lbs) Reps were too high last time. I'm shooting for 15, so I added more weight this session.

Horizontal Leg Press - 290x10, 310x8, 385x23(+15lbs and 7rp), 390x25(+130lbs!? WTF!?!?) Last time I did these, my quads were BURNING using 265x25. I don't see how this was physically possible as the past 2 sessions, I didn't even do more than 2 sets of this exercise. This is also the first time I used wraps, so maybe the decrease in knee pain helped me to go longer? I dunno, but that's just insane.

Seated Calve Raises - 96x15, 116x15, 166x17(+10lbs), 171x19(+5lbs and 3rp), drop set to 116x63, drop set to 96x70

Seated Leg Curls - 90x8, 120x8, 130x13 Stopped there due to left knee pain. It was on the back of my knee. Probably the tendon? I'm not sure. It was a sharp, shooting pain that has been bothering me for a couple months now.

Tried SLDL using DB's. Did 80'sx20 lmao. I've never tried them before, nd they worked my back wayyyy more than my hams. I really need a substitute for seated leg curls due to that pain. It's getting very annoying and i'm very weak on the leg curls because of it.

Machine Crunches - 60x40, 70x40, 85x40(+5lbs), 85x40(+5lbs)

15min Treadmill at 119bpm - Had to cut it short because it was already 11:45pm and my fiancee was waiting for me to get home and watch Fast and Furious with her. BADASS movie btw! I knew it would be, but she thought she wouldn't like it. She ended up saying it was good :)

Intensity was INSANE last night! I rested just enough time to walk and place plates on and off the racks, take a sip of monster and powerade, and get back to business. About 30sec rest between each set. This helped A LOT too!!!......

DB Rows - 90x12, 100x10, 130x13(+1rp), 120x15 Decided to lighten the weight as I was using my arms too much, instead of focusing on my lats.

Hyper Extensions - BWx15, 25x15, 45x17(+1rp), 45x17(+1rp)

DAY 30(last night) Legs/Abs

Squats - 135x10, 225x8, 350x11(+5lbs and 1rp), 250x21(+5lbs)

Smythe Calve Raises - 100x17, 190x15, 305x23(+5lbs and 2rp), drop set to 190x23(+7rp!), drop set to 100x21 These last 2 drop sets, when my calves started burn, I slowed down the reps and did explosive positives with 5sec eccentrics. Then they REALLY burned lol.

Leg Extensions - 110x15, 210x12, 275x20(+5lbs and 5rp!), 275x20(+25lbs!) Hit 22 reps using 250 last time. I had a training partner here, so I think that probably helped with the increase. I wish I had one ALL the time because I rested very little between sets, maybeeee 30sec at most. I just felt like I was pushing myself harder than usual.

DB Lunges - 25x15, 35x12, 45x22(+2rp), 50x18(+5lbs) I.....HATE.....THESE!!! lol

Cable Upright Rows - 110x10, 150x10, 200x15(+10lbs), 200x15(+10lbs)

Machine Crunches - 60x140, 70x40 Then my back started hurting for some reason, so I stopped. It has been bothering me for weeks now in one specific area. The upper left hand side, right underneath my shoulder blade has been KILLING me. It literally feels like there's a knife in my back. It goes away after I get home from work though. It may be stress related?

FINAL REVIEW

MassFX V3 is an awesome product! I gained a considerable amount of strength during my 30 day run. Way more strength than I anticipated. I was bulking, so that helped as well. Vascularity became a little more apparent, and i'm not sure if it's from the high intensity training or the MFXV3 itself, but there are a few new veins that are now visible in my delts/upper pec area that were never visible before. It looks pretty sweet especially when they pop out when my delts and chest are pumped. I gained a total of 4lbs during the 4 weeks, so that's pretty nice weight gain for a natty T booster. Appetite pretty much stayed the same, so not much to note on that.

As for libido, that went up and stayed up the whole time :) Aggression was probably the strongest aspect of MFXV3. It was insanely high in the gym and even during the day on occasion. I got so pissed at random little things that happedn throughout the day haha. Nothing you can't control though. I HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE looking to gain size, strength, increase aggression, or just feel badass lol. It's a great product made by a great company. MassFX V3 FTW!!! :head: :head:

I love the aggression from this product. Icariin and Nettle make for a potent punch in that department and helps you to grind out more reps than usual.

That's one thing I forgot to note. When I had thought I hit rep failure, I always tried for another one anyway, and I got it almost every time. I'd hit for example 8 reps on seated mil press and think "fck 8, i'm going for 9!" then i'd get that 9th rep and it'd be just a hard to get as the 8th, but I did get it. It was a really weird feeling thinking you've hit at failure, beginning another rep, and watching yourself getting it. I should change "weird" to "great." It was a GREAT feeling.

Dammit, ok, one more thing lol. The PUMPS! I swore this was an n.o. product when it really began to kick in. Every single arm day was ridiculous. My arms felt so full and so pumped, like they grew 4 inches around or something. Another GREAT feeling :head: Send me more MassFX V3 please???!!?!? LOL!
