with each ban, the black market becomes even more tempting for people, leading to increased black market sales, exactly what the government wants to stop right? Idiotic, they are contributing the the failure of "The War On Drugs".
You hit the NAIL ON THE HEAD!

It's funny that they haven't figured out the concept of "supply and demand." They keep trying to mess the supply, but fail to realize that when there is demand, someone will ALWAYS be willing to step up to supply one the price gets right.

PAL, very sorry to hear about it.

hahaha well i already email, called some of my friends that ask me to orther aspire for them in the past, they are sad but let see how many bottles they want.

1 question for Dave, can aspire this be freezed ? ? ?

its a legit question
Z if he answers that, then he'd be "telling you to use it" so you may want to ask someone like Strategicmove or Dsade.

I'm sorry to hear this. Dave is a good guy, and PAL produces good products. Is there anything we can do to help?
There was a thread about forming an organization to lobby and combat this kinda sh!te. Now would be a good time to form it.

In other news....I have a bottle of aspire36 for sale..just kidding.
I have a bottle, but I'm not selling it.

For the record:
The FDA can kiss my arse. You can quote me on THAT.

I remember about 2 years ago a product called Nastura came out. I tried it and WHAM, it had to be illegal! Next thing I know, it was pulled from the market because the makers of one of the ED drugs sued them. Weird.
Nasutra was recalled for sildenafil analogues as well. I remember this from a few years ago. Eerily similar to this case :run:

On a side note Aspire 36 was great, I couldn't keep erections down at times if I was walking and rubbed the wrong way (or right way, depending how you look at it, haha).

The FDA can eat shiite and die

Well you know the big corporate company got pissed when a smaller company makes a better cheaper product. With enough money a company can bully anyone they want which sucks, case in point Intel versus AMD. PAL will always be one of my favorite companies for life no matter what. I wonder if the big bad FDA will have the complete and udder discontinue of the product for good. I am buying some bottles after this post wherever I can find it!!!!

Pregnenlone and DHEA is next.
Your probably right. It sounds like things are getting sinked up the Canadian system for some reason. Yohimbine is out, but ephedrine is back. DHEA and prenenlone are suppose to be a no go up here.

"According to the FDA, Aspire36 contains trace amounts of Aildenafil and Dimethyl sildenafil thione (sulfoaildenafil)"

Can someone explain what these compounds are ?

Are they similar to whats in Cialis etc ?

What exactly is the FDA's problem with them ?

They are analogs of what's in Viagra and such. This really suck for PAL because they tested for analogs, but it was only recently discovered that these were analogs.

Well Chuck, looks like COQ may go up in sales with Aspire going away. I'm not knocking COQ, I like it. Two totally different enhancers, IMO.
Its not about that, I fell sorry for Palo but when you import something that no one else is using from only one supplier sometimes Im sure they may spike the raw material. Thats one reason why everything I use in my products has been around for years avail. from tons of US sources....I know it all mostly comes from China, but I dont order nothing direct from another country.

fyi coq diesel is more of a wellness, general (coq) nutrition product. Asprire was like......viagra.

I agree. I was not making an issue... I feel more of a "center of libido" when I'm taking COQ. Like I can control it, but it's really strong. With Aspire, I'm UP no matter what! LoL!

Both are great products. I really wish that PAL did not have to go through this mess with the FDA. They are a great company that deserves better. It's a shame that the out right shady companies just keep getting by while companies like PAL get hit.

It's good to know that you buy US.

True, but the problem was they were attacking PAL like they did something wrong. PAL tested their product, and it passsed. Now when things have changed, Dave has come forward and been very up front about everything. He's been honest from the start and continues to do so.

This is very bad for the industry.
Unfortunately the FDA is probably very cynical when it comes to situations like this.

I agree with you... PAL is a top notch company that does not deserve this treatment from the FDA. Hopefully everything will work its course and PAL will stand tall. Regardless, I'll be a PAL fan and buyer for life.

i'm pretty sure if PAL can prove that prior batches did not contain the controlled substance, and the substance was never intended to be placed into the product, then ....theoretically there should be light at the end of the tunnel......."theoretically"...

i remember a few weeks back the FDA did a big bust on "over the counter" enhancers...those ones they sell at cheap stores for late night "drunk" sex.... and found that alot of them contained the same substance as PAL had. All of the ingredients were imported from China (in every case), and tainted at the source. I guess the FDA did a thorough sweep though of all the "enhancer" products. Either that or all the enhancer selling companies were getting the ingredients from the same sources, and PAL was on the buyers list, without knowing the ingredients were being tainted.

What it comes down to is chinese businessmen out to make extra cash by adding un-pure compounds to batches - thus reducing cost.....and the U. S buyer (in this case PAL) has no idea until its too late.

Edit: that likewoah kid on bb, is a pain in the butt. Makes me want to shove 2 aspires up his a$$.....

This does suck. Goes to show the Pharm companies own the FDA. They probaly own BB.com too. You can still get it at DPSnutrition.net. It is 27bucks though and it is selling quick.

On a side not I read someplace last year that Viagra's patent expires this year, so there my be a lot more sexual products coming out in the future.

My endo Dr. said there could be, maybe by the end of this year.
that would be great news. Simply cant justify the current cost per pill....

Aspire was like the holy grail of enhancer supps, cant belive this happened.

I know. I wish I could remember where I read about Viagra. At the time I was on Viagra and Cialis. The cost sucked and I read about the patent and it stuck with me. I don't need either one right now but still fun to take every now and then. Thats why I liked Aspire, cheap and still fun.

I'm sure PAL will come out of this one fine. They have nothing to hide, so hopefully all should be well soon.

Either way they still sell paravol, which is great stuff. :)

Pfizer loses Viagra patent

Drugs giant Pfizer has lost its exclusive patent on the active ingredient in Viagra, its lucrative impotence treatment.

In a case brought by Pfizer's US competitors Eli Lilly and Icos Corporation, the High Court in London ruled that the 1993 patent on the main ingredient of the drug was invalid.

The judge said the knowledge on which it was based had been in the public domain and that the patent was stifling research by other companies.

Speaking about the active compound involved, sildenafil citrate, the judge said: "I have come to the view this was not an unexpected discovery.

"On the contrary, it is just what papers written on the subject beforehand would have led those engaged in the field to expect."

Appeal under consideration

Pfizer said the ruling did not involve the basic product patent on the impotency drug, and that this was still in force until 2013.

The New York-based company stressed that it still retains rights over the molecular structure which forms Viagra.

It said it was reviewing the court decision and considering an appeal.

The judge is to hear arguments later on the issue of costs and whether to allow any appeal.

Competition

Drugs makers Eli Lilly and Icos Corporation are trying to produce an impotency drug of their own in a joint venture.

The ruling allows them to use a similar active ingredient in their own product.

Sildenafil citrate enhances the effect of nitric oxide, which plays a key role in creating erections, by inhibiting a chemical which can restrict its action.

In its latest financial results, Pfizer said sales of Viagra were 36% higher at $332m, which represents 6% of its total sales of drugs for human treatment.

They might as well say that vitamin c isn't legal, since it's been extracted from oranges and the like, not naturally occuring by itslf, outside of food sources.
Thats where things are headed.

Guys,

We will be fine(we thank you all for the concern) and there is still some recourse we have with Aspire36(but it will take months) but we have been fighting this battle for 3 weeks now and the machine started finding anything and everything wrong. They forced our had they started getting into fd&c colors and font sizes on our labels not to mention yohimbine hcl

Guys we had to throw away enough raw material yesterday to make roughly 12,000 bottles of 12 count aspire36 not to mention the product in stock..it was a sad day.

We will of course comply with the fda recall for both Aspire36 and aspire lite..but we will do what we can through legal channels to try and find a way to bring aspire36 back.

well we feel a certain marketing company did a very good job making aspire36 a target...

But in the end when you deal with a new very complex ingredient like ophioglossum thermale you take some risk..I guess the positive is a lot of people liked Aspire36, the negative is now Our Reputation is tarnished and now the can of worms has been opened with the fda.

Your reputation is far from tarnished. In fact, I like you guys even more now. It seems every time that some supplement actually works and may compete with an RX...Well the FDA steps in and "handles" it. So congrats on making a product worthy of such attention.

we arent a 100% sure..and I am only allowed to say a little bit..but we do a ton of advertising on aspire36..and we have had some competitors on the west coast doing what they can to slander us. there was an adverse event filed in CA..but we havent gotten that report. and we are unaware if it is true or not.

We obviously accepted it as true because the fda gave it to us and we are doing everything in our power to help them with the VOLUNTARY recall..but I cant get into too many details.. I might even edit some of my other comments. We have to be careful with what we say..
