broke open the capsule over a sandwhich bag. Got vile from my old serm bottle, sucked up the fluids into vile. I squirt half of the fluid into my mouth and squirt the other half in hers:head: . I had already taken an aspire the day before so 1.5 caps for me in 2 days and im walkn around my office with a hard on that doesnt want to go away.
