Big fan of Mesomorph. It's the best preworkout that I've ever used (and I've used them all), for actual gains not just stims/energy - which are also second to none. I have two tubs which I ordered coming in today. I'll throw up a non-sponsored log, if that's cool. I'm not rep, just very excited about a quality line.

I have been doing a bunch of research on creatine nitrate, I would love to see if it lives up to what is being said about it, And I would be more than happy to post a detailed log!
I can almost guarantee you that it does. I took a leap of faith with respect to trying Mesomorph, simply because I'd never heard of APS before. It was the best decision I've made in years with respect to a preworkout supplement. Other preworkouts lend themselves to energy, which Meso does as well if not better, but where Meso really distances itself from the pack, is that it completely allowed be to put on a substantial amount of muscle mass in a little over a month - not hype. You take Meso and tailor your diet correctly along with your workouts, results are all but guaranteed.

Couldn't agree more, Mesomorph has given me some of the best workouts and hands down the best pumps!

Glade to hear your enjoying the Mesomorph, awesome you like the flavor, APS is coming out with a new flavor next month, it's supposed to be the better tasting then the Grape and Fruit punch.

I usually update daily (multiple times, actually). I'll never leave a log unattended for more than a full day (unless there was some sort of drastic medical emergency).

What supplement or stack would you be willing to log?

Plasmagen Nitrate - I've been wanting a stim-free preworkout (and been wanting to try out GlycoCarn for a while) so I can cycle off for a bit again. In the past, I've just used AAKG powder and am not a huge fan of it.

Started out not knowing what I was doing and just ****ing around in a gym for about a year then found AM and been getting more serious with it this past year. Took a big 4 months break due to.. lets just say life.. and now I have been back to lifting steady for the past 4 months

Current Training Schedule:
Mark Rippotoes' s Witchata Falls program.

Sunday
Squat 3x5
Bench press/ Push press 3x5 (alternating)
Chin-ups: 3 sets to failure

Tuesday
Squat 3x5
Push Press/bench press 3x5 (alternating)
Deadlift 1x5/Powerclean 5x3 (alternating)

Thursday
Squat 3x5
Bench press/Push press 3x5 (alternating)
Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure

This is what I am currently doing but after this I plan on switching to Defranco's WS4SB.


Current Cardio Schedule:
Monday and Wendesday Judo
Monday and Saturday Boxing


Current supplements (exact brand/product name required):
Currently on a Havoc pulse. I also take yellow gold, DAA, 1-C, Xtend, DHEA, Super Cissus, and anabolic pump.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
I do a sort of primal/paleo type diet. Pretty much I try to avoid grains as much as possible. My carb sources are fruits and veggies with an occosional tuber. I don't really count my caloires anymore but I try and eat around 2300-2600 calories with at the very least 220g protein. I try and limit my carbs to 100g minus fiber.

Short Term Goal: Build Brute Strength!!!!

Long Term Goal: Pretty much the same but have a better endurance. Be able to do a strongman type circuit without getting to winded or be able to go spar eight 3min round without even breaking a sweat would be nice.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:

How many times a week can you update your log? Almost everyday or at the very least 5 times a week.

What supplement or stack would you be willing to log?
I am open to all considerations but I would love to try the Mesomorph+Testatropin+ Nitrozine. I hear nothing but great things about the mesomorph. I have never tried any type of GPLC product before and those two stacked with a test booster sounds awesome!!! This sound like it would be the perfect stack for me to tackle after my Havoc is done.

Why thank you Sir.. I think that stack would be perfect for me coming off my havoc cycle and I been looking for something new to get into so this might be it.. I got my fingers crossed for this one! I try and eat a balanced meal focusing mostly on protein and healthy fats with some carbs thrown in. All other meals most of the time are shakes and PB or string cheese, basicaly higher fat/pro low carbs

Short Term Goal: Add some decent muscle to prepare me for next years shows id like to do
Long Term Goal: Add 10-15lbs of lean mass
