I've tried the millenium citruvol sample earlier this week, which is cordy with citrulline, and I really liked it during a half-hour light cardio session. I tried the cordygen5 tonight, which is just straight cordyceps extract and once again had a great second wind during cardio.

Can't wait for it to come out in bulk... combined with citrulline and you're money.

Basically if you feel it's losing effectiveness, go off for a couple days.

Not sure how a more potent extract tastes, but BN's cordyceps is not bad, and totally invisible in chocolate whey.

Aye cordyceps sound quite promising. Id buy some, if its any consolation. Id also like to buy a larger tub of poseidon since its an every day kind of supp, the small ones a good starter tho.
