Because I have an odd lifting schedule I'm not sure the optimal timing on the AHv3 each day. My understanding is dosing once every 24hr. is the best way, and generally in the morning. That being said here's my routine Mon: Legs ~1pm, Tues: Shoulders ~6pm Wed: Arms ~2pm Thurs: off/abs~whenever Fri: Off/abs/forearms~whenever Sat:Chest ~10pm Sun: Back ~10pm. What would be best, stick with the morning dose @ 7-8am or set it off until like noon? Also with or without food?
