So I am starting my unsponsored log of anafuse in hopes that ill get sponsored for another product (or even an extended run!!) I am aiming for a 8 week recomp/bulk cycle of anafuse with some kind of AI, atm ive got e-control rx 2.
I am 23 years old, coming off a 3 month break (due to stress, holidays, christmas etc) put on a bit of fat and lost a lot of strength
Weight-90kgs
Bodyfat- 16%
Im going to set my goals a little different then normal, rather than what i want from this cycle alone i will show my goals for the next 2-3 months
Goal weight -91-95kg (depending on if i put on size or lose bodyfat etc, I'll be happy staying in that range, but we will see what happens)
Calorie consumption will be around 3,500
Bodyfat % goal- 12-13% ill be happy with
Training will be 4-6 days a week and training arms 2 times a week trying to gain significant size, but also wanting to increase my deadlift by atleast 20kgs
