Would there be any issues running these two together pre work out?

And if you've used them together could you post your results.

I follow a strict paleo diet with almost no carbs, So i'm going to use these two supps pre work out with GlyceMex, 1 Apple, 1 tbsp Honey and hopefully my skin bursts.

Doesn't look like there would be a big issue, what would be your dosing protocol?

Something like this might work...

AP - 15-30 prior to meal 1

SS - 30 min prior to pre w\o meal

Haven't figured it out yet. Going to play around with the dosing and timing.

Am I mistaken, or aren't you supposed to eat a good bit of carbs with AP?

I would never use berberine or gymnema sylvestre on a low-carb diet if ketosis isn't the goal.

Good point. You'd much better off use Slin Sane with higher carb meals. Or if you are trying to get into ketosis it can be used low carb, as it will keep blood sugar low.

I would assume he is saying this bc low carb plus GDA COULD equal glycogen depletion, which would bring ketogenesis, which would make elevated levels of ketones in the body; the final part of the cascade being ketosis.

In for his answer as he is a wizard, but that would be my guess.

Berberine and gymnema sylvestre act at different stages of the absorption process to block carbohydrate absorption.
