should be enough, although you can add some milk thistle if you wish. BTW, do you fill the scooper all the way to the top or up to the line??

cycle support is a def a solid product. The only one I can personally vouch for based on blood work done around a cycle is n2guard. The ingredients list is pretty close to cycle support. Though with n2guard you get the bioperine, which helps with the absorption.
Both solid products, n2guard has proven to me with blood work that it works though, taking it while ON kind of gives me a warm fuzzy if you will...

Cycle support will protect you fine. I've used it on my EPI cycle and I didn't have any issues. I have made the switch to N2guard for my current and future cycles though. Not because cycle support isn't effective, but because it seemed to make all my shakes taste like a$$. If you enjoy the taste or it does not bother you, it is a solid product though indeed.

FYI....fill the scooper to the top of the scoop (level) for one dose ;)

Cycle Support covers the bases, though with the Red Yeast Rice you want to add Co-enzyme Q10 since RYR depletes CoQ10. 150mg twice a day is good, you can get it cheap at Puritan Pride, just google for a coupon code too.

I understand completely man. Cycle support has a nice profile if you can get past the taste. I'm sticking to caps and N2guard from now on..

lol, I hear about how bad the taste of cycle support is all the time. I'm not huge on powders to begin with. Even most raw powders I like to cap myself. So anything I can get in a pill form instead I generally prefer.

Definitely one of the best support supps. out there. The taste is rank, though. I use chocolate flavor. Mix it with a little milk, and it slightly resembles chocolate milk. At least enough to be drinkable. Orange flavor is rough. Definitely does not taste anything like orange.

Im just the opposite, I cant stand the chocolate but think the orange is tolerable.

I would suggest using AI's cycle support and just know that its going to taste kinda sh!ty.
