Im Stacking all of these for the fall, I have heard great things but I'm skeptical about how it will work. My goal is to gain mass, but keep my BF around 12% so High Carbs and High protein diet. I Just don't know how i should badge my Calorie intake, and whether or not i should Log. If i do log my workouts, whats the easiest way to record them?
