I'm about a week and a half into Anabeta Elite and was wondering if it would be more beneficial to dose 30 minutes pre workout and with my post workout meal? I'm currently dosing 2 pills with lunch about 3 hours before I workout and 2 pills right before dinner which is pretty much post workout since I eat as soon as I'm done working out basically. Just wondering this because I'm really not Feeling anything yet and am wondering if someone can give me a clear answer how to dose it best? I already searched multiple threads without much answers so give a fellow bro some help here!! (And also I'm eating a ton of food too by the way)
