very nice progress bro. 10 lbs. on a non methyl is very respectable. And you're not done yet either.

yeah im trying. i actually got to take a 1 hour nap when i get home from work which was nice. i really wanted to hit my legs today, but my body was telling me i need some rest, and for the first time in a week my lower back feels great, so i should be able to bust out so nice squats tomorrow

sleep sucks, i was only able to get 6 hours last night again, i even took 2mg of xanex to try and help me, usually that knocks me out cold. but idk why i cant fall asleep earlier. i take all my pre-workout supps, 4-5 hours before bed,i don't think the stims are keeping me up. hmmmmmmm

day 32nd: back,legs

workout: I tried out some german volume training for the legs. wow,it felt great, nice slow, and deep squats, feeling pretty sore today.

Squats:
135lbsx 10 for 10 sets, 60 second rests
back
5 sets wide grip pullups x10

day 3 rest.

. i only have about 3-4days left of the andro and 4-ad, this last week iv'e been doing 6ml a day of each of these.

Im going to start taking my AromX and I3C tonight

thanks man, I can't wait to cut. i start school in 10 days, and i will be living in the dorms, so im going to start a simple diet i think, and cut 20 lbs off, and see what i look like then, then run a clean bulk for awhile.

day 39:
started my Tamoxifen Citrate today,wow this stuff taste like crap. i ran out of my andro and 4-ad yesterday. i really think the best dose is at 6ml a day. i felt the strongest and my muscles were rock hard at this dose. i gained a total of 9 lbs, i don't believe i gained any fat. i was higher bf when i started at 16%, i still think im around there or a little less. All my weights and reps went up. i havent maxed out or anything. but i went from doing 275x4. to 275x8 with no spotter, i pretty sure i can do 275x10 too.i would recommend this stack to anybody, i didn't even run a clean diet, and didn't keep track of any of my macros. my arms did grow over 1/4" on this, i was really working on them

i didn't have any sides from this stack at all. only agression but i don't consider that to be a side effect. i didn't shut down or anything, felt pretty normal during these 39 days.

i ran it for 3 weeks at 4ml, then went up to 5ml for 11 days,and finished my my last week off with 6ml.

took my 4-ad upon wake up, then 1-andro 2 hours later, then the 4-ad 7 hours later, and 1-andro 1 hour before workout.

thanks. it kinda sucks im moving into a dorm next week, ill have a nice gym to workout at/ but its going to be hard to get a proper diet in line. you guys got any ideas, i still want to bulk, and hit 240 before i cut.

day 42: pct legs/abs

legs

smith squats, i went to a small gym today with my friend all they had was a smith machine no rack, im not going to lie but i like smith squats a lot better the weight is balanced and even.

smith squats:
135x15
185x15
205x12 + 5 135
leg extensions
7 sets of 7, each time increasing the weight. 35 second rest
leg curls
7 sets of 7, same thing^
leg press:
225 to failure(idk 20 or 30)
no rests,175,125,75 all to failure

best leg workout iv'e had in months felt great! and great pumps

so i weighed myself yesterday, im up 2 more pounds from last week. current weight: 231lbs.

i honestly think the Tamoxifen Citrate and AromX are doing something, i feel great and very stronger well in the gym. My bro told me today, dam you look a lot bigger then last week+2 lbs and my stomach is leaning out. so idk if i respond to the Tamoxifen Citrate different???

im 11 days into my pct, i haven't lost any strength or size, i believe im still getting stonger and bigger. no problem except for my blood pressure being a little high

its been a month since my pct and i have not lost any gains. still strong as ever and my weight has gone done a lil, but thats because i only get around 2700 calories a day, i don't get to eat much during school
