Looking great Travis. How tall are u? U don't look like u weigh 223. Where the hell are u fat at?:blink:
I'm just under 6'2". Yeah I dont look my weight at all....unfortunately. I do have a bit thicker lower body which could account for that. When I first started training 4-5 years ago I weighed in at 150lbs...I was all about long distance running then. And I'm right now probably 12-14% BF. I may get tested here in the next week or two. Update to come shortly...

BTW Tila and Weston are banging!

Weight this morning = ????? forgot...

Hit up my chest yesterday (didnt go well, felt weak and tired) :blink: . Today was very different, hit tri's and a my bi's a little. Also did about 15 minutes of brisk cardio.

Once again cardio felt great! Very easy and smooth. I didnt really rest at all between sets tonight. I just felt good and wanted to keep moving set to set. Pump in my tri's was nice.

Also hit up the tanning booth pwo today. Really needed that i think. Felt great.

Yesterday was terrible. Today was slightly above average.

4. How has it affected your endurance


Unbelievable. This stuff has to be ridiculous on a cut.

5. Any changes in energy or focus


Both continue to be very very good (minus yesterday).

6. Any changes in vascularity


Still seem to be seein a recomp effect.

7. Any changes in recovery

DOMS are getting better. Shoulder is feeling better too.

Weight this mornig = 221lbs

I've had a couple workouts since my last update. One was not very good in terms or strength or aggression and yesterdays leg/cardio session was pretty good. Cant seem to get consistent workouts. :sad:

Yesterday I just did:
4x10 BB Squats
Walking lunges (holding 30lb db's) 3x15 (each leg)
Superset Seated leg Ext, and seated Ham curls 3x12
Farmers walks holding 70lb db's. 3 laps (about 150 yards total)

Then did walk/run intervals on a treadmill with the highest incline (15.0), whatever that is...for 15 minutes total.

Average at best...

4. How has it affected your endurance

Unbelievable, makes cardio seem easy still.

5. Any changes in energy or focus


Off and on, but for the most part on.

6. Any changes in vascularity


Still seem to be seein a recomp effect.

7. Any changes in recovery

Slightly above average.

Nice feedback Travis. Glad you are seeing a good impact on endurance, as like I've said before, that is most noticeable for me as well.

Hopefully strength/consistency picks up for ya.

Weight this morning = ????

I have had a few workouts since my last update. Been pounding down some calories and I think I am making decent progress.

Aggression has gone down since the beginning but it still isnt too shabby.

Strength is getting better too. Today I hit legs, it looked something like this:

BB Squat (ATG):
135x10
155x10
185x10
205x10

Those felt pretty easy.

Walking DB lunges:
Holding 30's x 24 x 3

Ham curl SS with Leg Ext's.
3x12 + 3x12

Farmers walks holding DB's (walking as fast as possible):
55's x 50 yards or so
65's x 50...
75's x 50...

Entire workout felt pretty good and solid. My endurance has still been really good too.

Oh yes. See'in some good veins in my delts and shizit.

Weight this morning = 225lbs

Workouts lately have been really good. I am definitely gaining size. Seems to be more so in my arms, booty, and gut! LOL, I expected some fat gain but it is definitely all going to my gut. I've upped cardio but at the same time upped calories more. No problem though as other than feeling full all the time workouts are going good.

I have like one scoop left of IntrAbolic so I will be writing my final review soon. Cardio is still off the hook with this combination (Intrastack).
