I agree with both of you guys. I've never seen a bodybuilder or powerlifter do very heavy rows without some movement in the hips. I don't know as much as you guys but I would think the result of the row is more important than than anything you could knit pick on the actual row.
A good contraction and a controlled eccentric are far more important.

Thanks for the input guys.. My point was BB rows are a compound movement, why not use a little English to get more weight on the bar?
As long as you're still getting a controlled contraction and eccentric, I don't see a problem.

Anyways, legs today

standing unilateral leg curl 6 x10

TSB high bar beltless pause squats
235x10 sets x3 reps

First five sets were two count, last five were three count

Hack squat 4x20

Standing calves 3 sets

45° hyper + orange "light" x3x20

Rocky abs on ghr four sets
hanging leg raise four sets

Training has been going well this week.

Monday I started with rdls.and didn't actually squat (I'm a poocy I know, I was just following johns program)

Tuesday
DB incline
75,80,85,90,95,100x6

Did eight reps for every set except the last, I failed.

BB flat reverse band
275x5x5

Played with grip, somewhere around ring finger on ring was the fastest

BB incline 4x12

then fluff and buff, finishing with cage presses
115x5x5

Today I trained back
One arm BB rows
Work up
100x8
105x8
110x8
115x8
120x8
125x8

pulldowns

Stretchers
These are easily my favorite exercise. Do them.

Farmers walks

Nice workouts!! Those stretchers look good! Definitely give them a shot! I really enjoy getting a full stretch in exercises like that!!
