Thanks to all of you guys. I'm healing but its been hell on earth for me. I've had to work bc I was just too busy to take time off.

The guys that gave me a call, I really appreciate it. Been a while since I heard from some if you.

That being said, I apologize this log turned into Epic failure. There is another day though and I will heal no doubt.

My next run is in planning and will prob be early next year.

I'm still on 200mg test till the end of December which seems to be keeping muscle on me while I heal. Then PCT. All I gotta do now is sleep, work, recover and try not to eat too much.

I'm not sure if ill log the PCT yet, hut next cycle almost certainly.

I'm over 200 lbs now but by the time I start my cycle ill prob be below 200.
I'm having to stay around 300 for my bench, repping a little more for deadlifts and squats. Gotta be careful bc my ribs. I'm healed mostly but they still hurt when bench.

I can't wait for a couple of weeks. It's going to be awesome!

I was going to use NPP on my next run but unless I have joint issues, ill be leaving it out.
