Skipping breakfast or IF as I would call it, actually better for weight loss and hormone production! Also fruit is full of sugar so I'd hold back on fruits and non fibrous veg

One of the problems I've encountered with weight loss is the contradictory nature of information.


I do one thing and hear I should be doing something else, I try something else and hear to try another way.

It's taxing

Indeed it is! Why research is king! He missed out the fundamental to all diets, 1. Be in a caloric deficit

Yeah, definitely. When I get asked why I will skip a meal, I always say it's to maintain my caloric deficit.

Then I'm scolded and told never skip meals...lol

And yet Barny du Plessis is a vegan bodybuilder who ate 3 meals a day, I spoke to him personally and he won me universe 2014! It's all about what works for you! if you skip breakfast, you don't lose anything that quick! Man I sometimes fast for 20 hours after a big cheat meal to bring up GH and ketone levels! As long as you get you calories in a 24 hour period do whatever works for you
