Got stuck in traffic today and only had 40 min to complete my work out so I took a page from Tyga's workouts and did a modified 10X10 session mixed in with some super sets

I had a crazy pump on by the end of that quick blast session and had the question asked that every guy loves hearing, "Dude what are you on? You look huge!". I told the dude about the stack and what it does and he just kinda stared at me like I was explaining quantum physics. :22:

On a separate note I did want to mention that with the quickened pace of my work out I did get some mild stomach discomfort. Nothing too crazy but I did have to take a quick breather top make sure I didnt chunk up all those fantastic supplements.

Fun Fact: The longest recorded projectile vomit was 27 ft.
- In the movie The Exorcist Mercedes McCambridge regurgitated on a mixture of chewed, mushy apple and raw egg to produce the sound effect of Regan’s projectile vomiting. The actual substance was Andersen’s brand pea soup. The crew tried Campbell’s but didn’t like the “effect.”

Thoughts So far: Well after about two and a half weeks of this stack and not taking any joint sups I must say I am pleasantly surprised that none of my joints are achy. My muscles are sore but my joints are fine. The pumps have been solid and I think from hear on out I am going to try and work in the 8 rep range while still hitting five sets.

On a side note I have to travel back up to northern CA work the weekend for my moms wedding and will be off the forum until Monday I am going to continue my dosage of everything and stick to my .5grams of DAA on off days I will try and get a shoulder/arms session in some time over the rest of this week and update with my phone but reception is kind of spotty up there. When I get back at it my body will be fully rested! Yea Buddy!

All right two updates today
I got to work out arms with my dad and one of his old bodybuilder buddies and holly hell those old guys kicked my a$$

Cable curls 20 wide 20 close 120 130 140
Incline cable curls 20 wide 20 close 130 140 150
DB skull crushers 50lb DB 20X3
Across the body Cable curls 20 reps each arm 30 40 50
Cable Tricep press SS with overhead tricep press 150X20X20 140X30X30 130X40X40

By then end of the work I needed a lot of help finishing out those reps but the pump I had going on was amazing I would say top ten arm pumps of all time and it stayed with me for almost all day.

After this work out I decided that I am going to stay in a caloric surplus but I am going to jump my reps up to the 15-20 range while staying at 5 sets.

Fun fact: Charlie Brown’s father was a barber ( and had he been around more he may not have turned out so bad...)

Thoughts - I feel like my work outs are more complete with the higher rep count and the pumps are noticeably better. I am going to stick with this the next 26+ days.
Also I wanted to mention after a weekend of eating wedding food I stepped on the scale at 212 I know I a lot of that is water retention but I do not look bloated.

Did some work with pops huh? That would be nice, my pop isn't picking up anything heavy unless its a new TV or large quantities of Red Beans n Rice. Arm workout appeared to be tough. Again you are doing things in the gym I never do. I need to try some of this stuff.

Ya man it was good fun not going to lie there was some "help" with the last few reps of those last movements doing heavy weight and low reps killed my endurance

Well I guess my body wanted more sleep I woke up ready to go I turned off my first alarm and rolled over and BAM I was out again till my alarm went off again at 8:30. Its probably for the best though my entire body is sore.

Fun fact: Some sharks can bite hard enough to cut through a thick piece of steel. Like lions and other predators, sharks usually kill only when they are hungry, which isn’t very often. Some sharks can live a year without eating, living off the oil they stored in their bodies.

Thoughts: Strength is increasing substantially in all my lifts. I am finding weight that I was only able to do 3-5 times is now at the 8-10 range and the reps that were 12-15 can now be done with some ease in the 20 range with gas still in the tank. Also I am feeling a bit more "on edge", so that tells me that the aggression is starting to kick in with ABE. I only noticed it today when I was sitting in traffic trying to get to the gym I snapped when this guy tried to blast past me on an on ramp then try and cut me off. I had to check my self and the thought WTF? Then I recalled some of the reviews of this product saying that aggression would be up, and I connected the dots all by my self!
