21 Day Transformation [Pics]

Ight so I've been taking NO2 Black now for 21 days. I took before and after pics and don't see any improvements in size. I've noticed descent gains in strength and stamina though. I figured I'd share with the community. Here's the pics let me know what you think.

Arginine won't do miracles bro.. So it's not to discourage you or anything.

Yea I know AAKG won't work miracles, but I was expecting some results.

Maybe it's my training, I go to the Gym 3 days a week

MON: chest/back
WED: tri's/bi's
FRI: legs/shoulders

10 sets for each body part 4/4/2 [3 exercises] 6-10 reps.

I'm open for advice.

I'll have CT syndrome if I write what I would recommend lol...

Get some diet plans, and gather info on what you look for.. There is plenty here.

You might want to train 4 days a week at least..

The original NO2 formula was the best NO supplement out their once MRI changed to
NO platinum version they changed the delivery system and it was no longer effective
like the original and I am sure the NO2 Black is no different. I am sure MRI has gotten
a lot of bad feedback about the 2 new versions of NO2 so I don't no why they don't
just go back to their original formula. I am sure the original delivery system cost more
and hurt their crazy high profit margins, take my advice don't waste your money on any
of MRI's NO products they are not worth the price if you pay more than $35 dollars for
a jar of NO tabs you are getting robbed.
