Alright Guys. 23, 6'1, 185lbs. Goal is to cut. Consuming 2238 Calories a day. Lift 4 days a week, cardio 3. Macros are high pros and fats, low carbs.
I have purchased the Cutting Andro Kit. This is how I plan on running it:
Sure:
weeks 1-6
(weeks 2-5) Epi-2ml 3x daily 8, 5, 10 oclock
(weeks 1-4) 17 pro-1.5ml daily 8, 2, 5, 10 oclock
(weeks 3-6) 1 andro- 3 ml daily 2x daily 8, 5 oclock
cycle assist 2x at night
weeks 5-10
forma xt- 2 pills in morning
cycle assist 2 x at night
c-50/50/25/25
fishoils- 2x in morning
vitamin c- 100 in morning
organic liver support- 2 pills in morning
iodine- 3 drops in morning
multi- 1 in morning
whey- 3 scoops daily
Please let me know what you think, and is all three too heavy for the first time?
