Hey guys about to run my first cycle ( very excited) goin to run DMZ 30 mg a day 4-6 week run with 4 week PCT
Stats: 6'4" / 205 lbs / 12% BF
Been lifting for 4 years consistently
Going to be training 7 Days a week with 4 day split and just repeat.
Diet with be a typical clean bulk with a bump up in protein intake
Week 1- 4( or 1-6) 30mg DMZ / 1130 mg Hawthorn berry/ Fish oil twice a day/ Lecheek Nutrition Cycle Armor
PCT 4 weeks Will be Nolvadex 20/20/20/10 with Rebound PCT by ATS Labs
Have done lots of research and planning for this run please throw in any advice on cycle
I do have taurine on hand for back pumps and extra nolvadex if needed
