Starting January 9th I shall be running 12 weeks of androhard at 6 caps per day. For the first time in my life the focus of these three months is going to be on bodyfat reduction. Sort of cutting but more trying to recomp. Focus is on loss of bodyfat..but I dont care if the scale doesn't go down I care more about the mirror. I decided to do this not only for the recomp effect but also because my nipples have always been on the puffy side and I am hoping this will help reduce the puffy look.
My diet is going to be pretty strict for the three months it is going to look like this as far as macros:
workout days: ~ 400 g protein, 300 g carbs, 60 g fat
nonworkout days: ~ 360 g protein, 200 g carbs, 60 g fat.
Going to keep this level of carbs for week one and every week I am going to lower my carb intake. I'm not sure my exact weight I will weigh in when I stat day 1 I am starting to eat a little less lately so I will prob be low 200s at the weigh in.
I am going to be lifting weights 5 times per week and will be doing low/moderate intensity cardio for 20 mins twice per day. I don't want to do HIIT because my nervous system gets pretty fried from my weight workouts. I want to keep the cardio at a moderate tempo where it is slightly hard to breathe but I can still hold a conversation.
I am going to try my best to find my camera it is around here somewhere....so I can add some pics to this log! Extra motivation not to cheat
