I have not touched anabolic for about 10 years and wondered what the best cycles are these days. I’m sure a lot has moved on since I knew my stuff.
Previously I have run pro hormone cycles of Epi, SD and another compound called T-roid but I can’t remember it’s actual composition...
Been dieting for about 10 weeks now and I have 2 weeks left until I want to be in top condition for my holiday....
I eat the same meal every day except for Sundays which i tend to have a bit of a cheat day....
Monday - Saturday

If you want to do SD do 4 weeks max 10/10/20/20
If you want to do a 6 week course do Hdrol 50/50/75/75/75/75 (100 if you are feeling good).
SD at 6 weeks for a 1st cycle is just asking for trouble. You will feel like complete **** after 4 weeks.
I have run T-Roid 4 times now and to avoid night sweats I usually up my dosage. Sounds strange but it has worked for me. its almost like my body uses it all up on my work outs and then the sweats come. You will probbaly notice you dont get the sweats on your non wo days.

From what I have read a 6-8 week EPI or Havoc.
Only thing I am worried about is when I did my EPI cycle my hunger went so far down I was eating hardly anything, was not good. I also didn't feel any other effects...

I don't expect to get to 5% in 6 weeks. I will actually be starting my diet in July and not starting the cycle till August.
