So you recommend doing OSTRA along with your PCT? how long do you do you ostra for? just as long as your PCT? is there anything i have to take for PCT to counteract the ostra? what Ive read so far is that you can just take it? thanks

It might be hitting excessive heat. In this case the fix is soaking in hot water for 5 mins, shake until creamy, then immediate 5 min ice bath to set the emulsion.
