Your math is spot on, as for the use. Well it's an AI as with most AI's the same thing will usually apply. Also running it with or right after JW may not be the best choices as it's really to much of a good thing(JW has ADED, another AI). I would wait a little while before starting the Form if your already taking a good amount of JW. As for stacks, I think it would work great with ap or any other nha like powerfull, activate, FX, BAM etc.

I'm going to be running this with AP for 6weeks at 208mg per day.

Question about applying Formestane...

If I'm not using this in PCT or while ON, does it matter where I apply it? I hear that usually the back of the knees/thighs or chest is usually the best. But could you put it anywhere where you want a little extra help with some fat loss? Or does it not work that way and you should just stick to where ever the skin is "thin"? Thanks guys.

Since the goal of this is a systemic reduction of Estrogen, thin skin helps more of the active get into the bloodstream.

The only other area that you MIGHT benefit from applying specifically would be the chest, if you are prone to fatty-nip syndrome.

I don't know the consistency of the Penetrate+Form but I think you would have to shave your armpits and then after you apply it, you would have to probably lie down with your arms above your head to allow it dry/absorb completely. Basically, you'd want to avoid sweating it off.

I'm pretty good at sweating as it is so I'd rather not waste the Form...also I'd like to avoid shaving my armpits.

Since I have yet to try Form, I don't know if I can be a big help but at least I will give your questions a shot and hopefully someone else can answer more thoroughly.

1. I really don't know which would be better for a cut. But if I have to take a guess, Form. Don't ask me why tho. :think: My guess is that if you manage calorie intake well enough, either one should work.

2. I worked out the dosage and time frame of an 8 oz bottle of Penetrate and 10g of Form in a previous post (look above somewhere). 5 pumps gives ~104 mg of Form. So at 10 pumps a day(two doses daily), the one bottle should last about 48 days.

3. Nettle + Form I think would work out nicely since the Nettle will promote test production and the Form will block estrogen. Make sure you use a potent enough Nettle, otherwise you might be taking an *** load of bulk nettle each day.

I'd be getting the nettle from Nutra Planet, and what ive searched everyone seems to say it comepares in a head to head w/ Activate. I'd run the same dose as activate also.

Haha...good luck man. From what I hear, you'll cut up pretty nicely.

Just a disclaimer still: I have yet to use Formestane. So I can't really recommend to you what to do. BUT, from what I read about these two, you should do well. I, myself, will be using Form sometime near the beginning of summer so at least I have some faith in the fact that it will work since I've already bought it!


Please, please, please keep me posted. I'm really excited to cut with this in a few months and would really enjoy reading about your results.

Hey guys, there seems to be a lot interest in doing nettle + form lately, so I thought I would mention that I have been doing this exact thing. I'm about 3 weeks in with activate (4 caps/day) and e-form (~180-200mg/day), and strength has gone up substantially. I'm eating very clean and keeping cals around maintenence or slightly above. Definately some leaning out, but nothing extreme as I'm naturally lean. I know a lot of people are interested in this, so feel free to ask me any questions.

Sorry bro, this is my first run with nettle. I figured I would start with this combo since it looked great on paper. Although, from the NHA reviews I've read, I seem to be having comparable results (to those running rxt or rr with act).

Some just choose the one that they like best i.e. what has less sides, more potent, yada, yada. The choice of one is really user dependent in any cases and no I would not recommend stackig anyone of them with Form. One good dose of any good AI is all you need.
