Yesterday, i was extremely busy and ended up staying at work till 9pm. I didnt have time to go home and eat a preworkout meal/shake, so i just went straight to the gym and worked out.
I had an extremely great workout.....didnt get tired....had great pumps, etc.
My question. I know pre-workout is important, but how important? Obviously you must get your postworkout drink in, but honestly, im not so sure that i really need a big preworkout drink, maybe somethign small...maybe nothing at all....
just shooting out an idea.
anyone else feel this way....??
