I personally take a multi vitamin daily. I have read tons of mixed reviews. I am using a 'premium' multi. Ie all methylated vitamins and all good doses etc. Just a good (on paper) multi.
Does anyone else supplement with them? If so.. What's your opinion? Do you believe they have benefit or are they just a waste of money?
