So I'm about to start a diet, I don't need to loose a ton of weight so I don't need to be very aggressive at all.
I'm currently just on trt at 20-25mg daily or approximately 150mg per week. No ai. My bf I think is approximately 13% or maybe slightly less. 191lbs at the moment.
I don't really plan on doing a log with this unless anyone wants feedback but it's my first go with injectable Carnitine.
My question is....
The ppl I'm talking with who love l carn take there dose daily, pre workout with insulin and carbs, I don't mess with insulin. At least not any time soon. There telling me I could dose some igf Des with my carn and do intra workout carbs and can get similar effects. Well I don't have any igf and I can get it but I really don't want to be taking 4 shots per day as Im already going to be taking 2-3 per day with my trt and carn.
Wouldn't taking some whey isolate with cinnamon or berberine pre workout and then intra carbs have a somewhat similar effect. Obviously not a replacement for insulin or igf but to cause that spike and storage for the L-carnitine? I've spoken to a few ppl and they are divided on it. So e say it's fine others saying it's not going to get the Carnitine absorbed or utilized the same way. Anyone got a clue???
I know whey protein is pretty good at causing a rapid insulin spike, the berberine or cinnamon should help the storage process and I would keep insulin high with the intra workout carbs.
Please spare me on the berberine and gda's inhibiting muscle growth I don't care lol
