Me too. I use longer esters because I am not good with consistency, but the actual injections a couple times a week feel like a positive event.
OP, I don’t exactly know what you want to know, but if you know you want to cycle testosterone I would encourage you not to worry. You buy some alcohol swabs, or rubbing alcohol and cotton balls, at Walmart or whatever store you go to. Order luer lock syringes (these let you swap needles) online thru a med supply store (you can get swabs here too) - get them with the size needle you will draw with already on it, like a 18 or 21, and order a box of the size needle you will pin with separate (25 is my weapon of choice, 1-1.5” length for glutes and 5/8-1” for delts). Acquire some test Enanthate or cypionate.
Wash your hands thoroughly. Open your syringe from the wrapper as well as the separate needle you will use to inject - place on a clean surface. Make sure the pre-attached needle is indeed twisted on snuggly. Swab the vial top and injection site with alcohol, draw air into the syringe equal to the amount of oil you want to draw. Inject that air into the vial, flip vial upside down, and draw back oil to desired level. Remove from vial, pull back air into the syringe to empty the drawing needle, cap it safely then twist off. Twist on smaller injection needle, remove cap carefully, and purge the syringe of air. Take aim at a right angle to the injection site (now is a fine time to swab site once more), slide it in gently but with commitment, aspirate if you so choose (I never do), then push the plunger in at a rate of about 30 sec per ML. It may take more force than you expect. You can go faster or slower, but if you just ram it in there can be worse PIP. Wipe away any blood with an alcohol swab, let dry momentarily or apply bandaid if you prefer (Sesame Street or Barbie Princess make great conversation starters).
Voila - you will have joined the Dark Side.
