Hello everyone, so tomorrow I got an event. It’s not bodybuilding but rather a big event that I’ve been looking forward too this year, but I’ll have my shirt off for it.
For the past 4 days I’ve cut my carbs to around 75g a day, as well as loaded arimistane and water to dry out.
Currently I’m looking very lean for this, the only problem is that I could not get a pump to save my life at the gym.
By Tomorrow evening I want to keep my dry shredded look, but also fill out at the same time without “spilling over”
My plan currently was to keep my carbs very low tonight, then tomorrow morning hit a fasted workout, then load up on carbs and cut water to fill out by the evening.
Will this work? What do you guys recommend I should do? Btw, this is my current condition. I’m by no means stage ready, but I would say I’m fairly close
Just overall confused on what carbs to eat, when to time them, as well as what I should do with water. Anyways thanks
