Pretty sure you will need a prescription if you go this route.
I got a girl I bought 2 Lantus from, and now she texts me every week or two with different insulins. She’s got more Lantus, Humalog, she’s got it all. Once you find someone on Craigslist, you’ll be straight, diabetics on disability and/or welfare LOVE to sell their free insulin to people.

I just can’t even consider spending anymore on this. I typically spend $200 every payday on gear. Maybe that’s not a lot, but I just bought a new house, have 2 car payments and pay a grip in child support. I may get some CJC w/wo DAC with MK-677, but it’ll depend on if I really feel I need it for synergy and decreased bf. It may be in the cards, but it’s only a financial decision for me, otherwise I’d be all over growth with slin.
Makes sense for sure. MK will def do the trick for a lot cheaper

Ya I’m currently looking at a few peptide RC company’s MK. If I can do it on the semi-cheap, it’s probably the route I’ll go

I'm on it and I don't think it's so good to be honest. Im only like 2,5 months though so maybe I'll have to wait. As far as weight it didn't do anything, maybe at first week

It’s hard to say if I’d need it. I don’t know what my bodyfat is and honestly I’d hate to guess bc I’m super critical of my physique When on good aas I really don’t struggle with huge bodyfat, increase and that’s really all I’m concerned about. Not concerned about the Growth’s insulin synergy or anything. Just don’t want a ton of fat I’d need to diet off.

Well people claim it works after 6 months for body fat and muscle i believe.. Could be good to use but I dont think it'll do so much during your cycle since it'll start to shine so late

I was reading about Lantus a few weeks before you posted the Insulin Q&A thread.
Safety wise it sounded really good and apparently gets used pre-bed by some diabetics.
You sound like you'll get a handle on it pretty quick.
Looking tight as **** also man.

So, I’m going to log my calories in myfitnesspal and post them and see what you guys think. I really don’t know what to expect gains-wise with Lantus or the dose I’m on but I want to be sure I’m on track to gain 2 pounds a week bare minimum. I had to have ate 4500 cals today but I’m out of practice and need verification.

Would love to see what makes up that many Cals. I struggle to get it down and can barely afford 2500 clean cals in a deficit haha.

Wow, nice log so far, late to the party but inski. I have been out recovering and was quite slim and was about to start a cycle, but to speed up muscle soreness from the seizure I went on Test E without working out ate too much and went back to 220lbs but at 14.5%BF and 4 weeks prior I was 205 lbs and 11% yikes.

Guess I'll start with Osta and cardio and lift before doing a bulk again, sigh. Really wanted to hit up some DMZ or Sdrol like you soon.

I’m old school with the protein bars man. I hate making shakes, and really only do them post workout maybe 6 times a month. I try to prep a lot of food too,but I end up with food like that some days. But I do stay on top of my intake for the most part. I stop at grocery stores daily for food at my office. I have two desks stuffed with jerky, chili, peanuts, pb, protein bars, rice, rice and more rice, tuna, and some gummies if my bs gets low. I’m not gaining weight yet, so I may need to add meal 7,8,9 etc. always a way to get more calories if you want real size. Ask Swimfan guarantee you that guy puts down some damn food.

Dear lord. That’s calories.

I did decide Today, I’m starting to add to my 7 meals: local grocery has Jif LF PB for $1.50 per 1lb jar. so I am starting with 1lb a day. That adds 2500 calories a day right there to already between 2-4K calories a day. I’ll back off a little if needed, but I’m eating nonstop and not getting noticeably fatter so I’ll keep adding dirtier calories on top of my 300+ grams of protein and higher cleanish carb diet, time for muthafuggin weight!

Thanks bro. Appreciate that.

I’ll be honest, what little knowledge I do have, has been because for the better part of a decade, I’ve had some really experienced and intelligent guys here on this forum that were cool enough to spend the time explaining shyt to me, over and over again, so when I went to try new exercises, new diets, new cycles, I had advantages I’d never have had doing this on my own. I take no credit, I stand on the information offered to me by far more knowledgeable guys than I’ll ever be. And I like to read on here a lot; the more I learn, the more I realize I don’t know.

Today:
No Slin, I worked from home and I keep my Lantus in my work fridge. Insulin is where my gf draws the line, so I keep it on the dL. She doesn’t care about steroids and needles getting mailed here, but doesn’t like the idea of me ending up in the ER dead from hypo. I get where she’s coming from so I keep it outta sight outta mind. Getting a tattoo removed so I may swing by work and pin it since today is Chest and tris.
7am-12pm
-4 eggs in coconut oil, 3 slices cheese, sandwich with Ezekiel, pure protein bar
-8 oz Salmon leftovers with pasta and baked Brussels sprouts
1 lb LF PB
Good start to today I think...

This may be the way for me. I’m betting it wouldn’t even be difficult to eat 5000 calories a day in just peanut butter in addition to all 7+ meals.

Hope the pic is ghey enough.

If you eat a jar/day you may burn out - you could rotate it with other empty calorie options if you get sick of it.

For example, chocolate frosting has exactly half the fat of Nutella actually but same sugar/carbs. Smeared on a warm plain bagel it’s like lower fat donuts. Love using them to load for comp because they go down and digest like nothing.

Honey, jam, & syrup with white bread/bagels is truly easy pickins.

Peanut butter, chips n salsa, death metal, women, guns and tattoos, I’m pretty sure I can’t burn out on these things. But it’s good to know I’ve got some high calorie options. Helping me Unlearn all the BS “clean food only” that’s been shoved down my throat from the fitness community for decades. I still struggle eating some things for fear I’m going to get fat. When IIFYM came out I was the BIGGEST skeptic, WOULD NOT believe it no matter what anyone said.

With all the green powders and pre-workout drinks these days people forget how power lifters and off-season BBrs did it years ago.

I'll be honest. I've called BS on IIFYM from day 1. What about nutrient partitioning and all that? But sheesh, if you get and stay as lean as you do eating like that maybe I need to do a bit more research. That is absolutely mind blowing to me.

You know, it’s a benefit though for me. I’m 40 in 3 months, and I don’t look half bad. I mean I suck sometimes at bulking but I’ve learned long ago you have to either force feed clean or loosen up the reigns on how clean you eat. There comes a point: and for me that’s at about 245-250, where there’s literally NO WAY I’m getting 100% clean cals in daily to get above that weight. No chance in hell. It takes some discipline for me to eat dirty since I’ve ate clean for so long. But it’s a conscious decision at every meal adding in fat and some simple carbs. And it’s so much easier, not tearing your ass when you poop and clogging every toilet, choking in the middle of the night from stuffing 4 cups brown rice at bedtime, or simply just throwing up trying to fit more food down on top of a full stomach.

But the benefit for me comes when it’s time to diet off some bf. I’ll be straight, I’ve got to some LOW bodyfat without doing much cardio at all and just a little mast and Winnie. Veins all up in obliques and abs and everything. BC I can go weeks without a cheat meal and eat 95% clean without a break for some time. Just done it so long, I don’t even date women that eat junk.. A big reason I’ve never felt much desire to run GH. My thyroid naturally runs on the hyper side of things which is awesome alongside a clean diet. Makes bulking a bit tougher but I’ve got cheese, peanut butter and plenty more to assist with that.

I’m kicking it up a notch. I may have to go bonkers with this. My thyroid is going to make this difficult. I’m hovering around 220 and waking up lean and dry af every morning. Trest just does this for me for some reason. I get eat a box of granola bars dipped in Nutella in the middle of the night and wake up in the am 4 lbs less. I even pre-bed finished another half pound of Pb. That’s 3500 calories just in Pb and I ate 6 times yesterday. Bought 15 more jars of Pb at the store last night as well.

I’m going to start increasing until I see the scale increase.

-Trest Ace increases to finish it off: 75mg eod
+3500 calories in addition to 6-7 meals every day from bread, Pb, gummie worms, more cheese etc
-Lantus @15iu’s starting today

I’m going to eat my way through this issue. NO, I didn’t expect to gain 5lbs this week but I’m not expecting to see the scale go backwards though either.

Thanks bro. I’m not going to lose this battle, I want that size so my tall ass can compete. So if I have to eat a gallon of ice cream a day, that’s what I’ll do.

My TSH hovers at about 1.1
0.5-4.0 is normal but I’ve been as low as .38 before. So it’s like I take T3 75mcg a day.. while trying to bulk. It’s gonna be a battle, and I’m gonna need to eat an absurd amount , but at least I’ll stay lean...?

If you go back to the post I made with the video on JM’s diet and read his article on that bodybuilding.com link, he has a ton of gem ideas for breaking through. He literally has done it all and made it to over 300 by force of will.

One is to always be drinking calories, be it soda or milk. I wouldn’t use this until you’re sick of eating whatever you want first though. I personally have spoken with at least 4 Worlds Strongest Man competitors who drink regular cranberry juice most of the day. Tons of sugar, easy tasty calories, supports their poor kidneys with all the gear.

Adding condiments like olive oil or mayo or bbq sauce to everything is another, as well as chocolate bars between meals.

It depends on your body type. Matthersby is a true hardgainer with the way his thyroid is and how he sheds body fat easily. Matt Porter is like that and talks about how guys in that boat can really benefit from eating a lot of **** foods. Most people, like me...we gotta watch mixing all this fat and sugar all the time. The rules still apply for us lol

That's crazy. I can go nuts eating fast food, burgers, fries, pizza and stay lean at 8k cals or probably higher. But once I start the sugar intake the bad weight begins. Not even like I gain more I just seem to accumulate fat. You kind of have a super power there brotha!

I’ve read some studies that I can dig up and post that testosterone (and likely most aas) does increase thyroid activity, but I fear mine is already overactive. At least it has been in the past to the point of possible thyroid radiation. Gonna buy some cake tonight
