Do you happen to have pics of >19" arms at 6.7% and 5'7"? Should be insanely impressive. That arm size on that height at that leanness should be similar to Mike Mentzer, which would be insane natty.
sorry no but i have pic of me with 18'' arm with a pump, it's old pic you can check it out

I didn’t want to explicitly say I doubted it haha. But that’s pretty spot on for his arm size, height, and body fat %, so color me confused.
don't listen to him, haters are gonna hate, Mentzer had massive legs, each of his legs was probably close to 100 lbs

his arms look bigger than mine IMHO, i think his arms were 20'', not the 18.5'' he claims, i measure my arms the normal way, not the super strict way he did, if he measured his arms the normal way his arms were probably 20'' and his body fat was probably 4%
I’ve heard from many sources that people’s claims of 20” arms were exaggerated. I’d say his arms could be 19-something, but I don’t know about 20. He’s also definitely not 4% body fat. Perhaps the source of my confusion is you being a bit off on your body fat estimate? Perhaps if you’re a little less lean than 6.7% it’d make more sense to have 19” arms. Either way, 19” arms even sort of lean at your height is quite impressive, so I’m not knocking you at all, I’d just honestly like to see 19” arms at sub-7% body fat natural.

my arms are a little over 19'', i'm 5'7'', 165 lbs, 41 years old, natty, my body fat % is 6.7%. my arms were 20'' a few months ago, but i was heavier and not as lean, I was 190 lbs. I'm trying my hardest to get super ripped, 4% body fat
Sounds not legit at all. That short, at that weigh with 19 inch arms would be absolutely giant

It’d pretty much be spot on for Mike Mentzer lol, except apparently natural. I’m certainly a bit skeptical if I’m being honest. But it could just be an error in his body fat estimate.

like i said, i have pic of my 18'' arms, pumped, idk why you haven't looked at it, it's old pic, but i remember clearly my arms were measured at 18'' then, idk how accurate body fat calipers are but it claims my body fat % is 6.7, how accurate is that idk

no, my body fat was a bit higher then, i believe i was 29 yrs old then, i'm 41 now, and my arms were 18'' then, with a pump, without a pump they were 17.5'', now my arms are a bit over 19'' cold and i'm leaner

Ok. If you can take a pic sometime, I think we’d all like to see it. It’s not every day we see someone that size natural. It’s not hate; we’ve just seen lots of people not really back up bold claims before.

tbh with you, i don't think it's necessary. i believe there's a pic somewhere on the internet with the tape around my arm and it showed my arm at about 18'', it's an old pic, but i'm too lazy these days to take pics and post them, i just feel a little bit sad because when I state certain stats about me, i recieve hate, it's like everytime i mention on bodybuilding.com that i used to bench 405 for 5 reps and 460 for 1 rep at 185 lbs body weight, i get banned, it's ridiculous, i tell the truth, and people don't wanna believe me and it grieves my heart but idc anymore, i'm just sick and tired of the hate from a world filled with hate and lack of compassion

I’m like 5’9 190 with 17’s and i thought i was big
That’s pretty solid man. I’m 5’10” 160 with 15-16” and I know I’m not that big lol, but I’ve always had good bicep shape. Just could use some more overall mass and some more triceps haha.

Asking for someone to support their claims isn’t hate though. I understand you have no obligation to prove anything to anyone, but surely you could also understand that no one has any obligation to take your claims at face value without evidence. I mean, if you’re that big and lean, even a quick, unpumped selfie should be incredible.

you are pretty big and cut, but can you please get a bit bigger? like 19'' arms? you can do it, if you want i give you tips
Thanks. Yeah, I’d love to have 19” arms lean haha. If you have tips, I’ll at least listen to them of course. I know triceps will add a lot of size, and I’m trying to prioritize them.

yes just concentrate on basic lifts, bench press, squat and deadlift and make sure you get to the point where you can bench twice your body weight and squat/deadlift 3 times your body weight, that's good advice, and for arms, i like barbell cheat curls, with heavy weight, also barbell 10 second negatives, ouch those get the biceps sore, and high rep curls, with very light weight and good form, very high reps, well over 100 reps, ouch the next days biceps sore. and for triceps, dips works good, dumbell kick backs work good too

Solid man. I think my issue is just general mass; I feel like I can look decent when I flex a certain muscle, but I could still use more overall thickness for muscles that aren’t being flexed and when I’m “relaxed.”

My advice would to just start eating absolutely huge. You have good genetics to stay lean. Time to eat like a hog and put some major mass on

You’re 100% right man. I’m not afraid of eating or not being super lean, I just need to eat a lot to put on mass, and sometimes I just don’t eat enough to really grow. I suppose things could be worse haha.

my advice would be very different, my advice would be don't make the mistake that i made where i bulked up but gained a lot of fat, it's not worth it, burning that fat later is hard and it becomes a pain in the behind, it's better to grow just muscle and stay lean, as long as you are getting stronger you are building muscle. if you can gain 5 lbs of muscle in one year you are making great progress natty

I’d have to literally eat until I’m sick to put on too much fat. My dad was the same way when he did a little bodybuilding back in the day.

See for me i gain fat/lose gain, gains muscle/lose muscle easy as **** both ways so it’s kinda hard for me. Every time i bulk i get fat as hell even if the diet is super clean and right but then i can drop it all in 6 weeks

Ironhands seriously needs to post a pic. If the stats are as you say then you would become one of THE go to guys on this forum. I'm kinda shy about pics to and so I post them and remove them after a couple of days. Remember your face doesn't have to be in them and in this day and age it's dead easy to take a pic of one of your arms flexed on your phone and post it all in a couple of minutes without getting out of your arm chair. I have to admit though anything without picture evidence has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

That's fair enough. The worst that will happen is people may estimate your body fat higher and your arm size smaller but the best would be people wanting to pay you money for training programs and advise lol.

idc about money, this whole chasing after money is idolatry, Jesus wants us to be content with what we have. Salvation is more important than money

I agree with the money part. I work in retail so I'm not exactly chasing the money. I'm not religious though but each to their own. I meant it as a compliment. You could really help people reach their goals. A pic would just solidify that fact you knew what you were talking about.

I appreciate the advice but without derailing the thread any more. I am perfectly fine thanks. I respect all religious beliefs around the world. I am completely open minded. I cannot disprove the existence of God any more than others can prove the existence. I believe that having faith in something can 100% improve people's quality of life especially in the face of dire or tragic circumstances and I can see how for some "finding God" would be the moment they found purpose and I applaud that. I respect that civilisations around the world were worshipping different Lords thousands of years before Christianity and it annoys me how some (not all) believers try and shoe horn everything into their believe system. Everything from other religious beliefs being "wrong" to carbon dating not meaning anything when we discover things hundreds of millions of years old that don't fit in with their beliefs regarding the creation of the world. It's ironic that some of the more dedicated believers are the more blinkered ones. Some people even have a hard time with the fact that had jesus existed (and he well could have) he would have had brown skin. I would like to add that I fully respect your beliefs and in no way mean to offend with this post.

it is my belief that Jesus was white, according to descriptions, he had ''golden'' hair (blonde) and hazel or blue eyes, and fair skin. Remember, 2000 yrs ago people were substantially whiter, just like 2000 yrs from now people will be substantially darker (most people will be black or dark brown 2000 yrs from now)

How did we end up talking about Jesus? But he lived in what I think is now Israel, which is in the middle east, so he likely had a solid tan haha. Geography dictates skin color more than the period in history.
