It looks like the VS ashwagandha is 475mg per cap of a 1.5% withanolide extract. How many caps were you using per day? A solid dose is 600mg/day of KSM-66, which is 5% withanolides. You'd need 4 caps of the VS extract to get that dose. Also, many extracts calculate the withanolide content using titration and/or gravimetry, which often gives overly-high readings compared to HPLC, which is what KSM-66 uses, so many 1.5% extracts actually would have significantly less than the 1.5% if they were standardized according to HPLC. If you haven't already tried KSM-66, I'd recommend giving it a try; Jarrow has very affordable KSM-66 caps. Also, what dose of the Source Naturals tongkat is quality, but it looks like it's only 80mg/cap I think, so you may have to take a few to several caps to really get benefits from it. As for the forskolin you mentioned, it is also quality, and effectively dosed assuming you used 2 caps per day. As others have mentioned, AlphaMax XT contains effective doses of all three of the above ingredients, as well as other potentiality useful/effective ingredients.
I'd also recommend not spending money on DAA in light of the newer research.
