OG Alphamine vs Bloodshr3d RAW

Haha! Been there. Sucks even more when you try a new preworkout that so happens to have an extra potent Y extract in it. Then you find yourself fighting off a panic attack the entire time you are attempting to workout. Great times!

Y/rauw is actually banned here in the uk, so it's really not that common in anything. But I have had supps with it in and been fine, I'd read the review on raw and was just waiting for it to hit me.

And it did towards the end.. kick ass ride if you can hold on

You mentioned you used the Raw version? Have you used much yohimbine or Alpha Y before? Sounds like it may have been too much for you as I have similar symptoms when I take too much Y -- Cold sweats, rapid heart beat, clammy hands, hightened anxiety, upset stomach.

The War version has no alpha Y but everything else is the same, sounds like that may be more up your alley

OL seems to utilize one of the most potent Rauwolscine extracts I have recently experienced. Either that or they are just dosing it higher than other companies. However, I am able to handle IGNIT3 for example much better in the summer when it is already hot outside. It doesn't really seem to bother me to get the cold sweats because I am already hot and possibly sweaty anyway!

Clearly tou took too much. You should try 1 scoop (half a sample).

Yeah sounds like you overstimmed yourself and are probably reacting poorly to the rauwolscine. Did you use the whole packet? I'd say it also sounds like you'd do better with War Edition, as far as Bloodshr3d goes.

Just wanted to stop by to say how much I'm loving bsr stacked with Assass1nate. Consistent weight loss, training not lagging during cut, waist circumference decreasing, very few food cravings, great energy, focus and mood!

So much better than my previous go to, of og norcodrene and shift....so far. Will report back after full 8 weeks on.

Definitely dosed too high, no one's fault but my own. I do prefer ec but I do think you should try bsr if you are into stims. I also say very long lasting, cold hands subsided around 2pm after morning dose.

2 scoops bsr, fasted pre workout 5am. 2 Assass1nate 7am before big post workout meal. 2 scoops bsr around 12 or 1 (3 or so hours after second meal). 2 Assass1nate around 5pm, 20 minutes before big dinner.

190 lbs, about 12% bf. At about 2500 cal, 200 pro, 250 carb, 80 fat...errday. Maintain around 3k

Not my type of lifestyle. Maybe if I was 18 again, but I'd rather have a solid routine that pushes me towards my goals in life, and promotes positivity. That said, I do go out with the guys about twice a month on Saturdays, but anymore than that is not conducive to what I am trying to acheaving.

Also, my job has me waking up at 5:00am anyway, because I thought joining an union would be fun...it's not. Pention and benefits though: am I right?

NoThat's having the SA2 extract makes a big difference, and if the flavor isn't right, then forget it. Alphamine was refreshing to drink. I like Bloodshr3d, but it isn't as refreshing, and the texture is a little dry/powdery etc.

I have it, there was a coupon code available for 30% off which makes it more affordable. It actually has a more impressive profile than OG Alphamine and is a bit more euphoric. I did not get any AY jitters from it but I have been taking much more AY lately anyway, so my tolerance to that has built up. By biggest gripe is that the favor is really not all that great. It will be hard for any powdered thermo to be on the same level as Alphamine as far as flavor goes. I think we will just have to accept that.

Subjectively, Alphamine felt like a tiny dose of Y-HCL in the way euphoria comes on and leaves quickly and also felt much like PreSurge Unleashed that had the extract from Rauwolfia Vomitoria. The Rauwolfia Serpentina in BS Raw, though, is much different and much stronger.

Certainly is a different feel in that regard. Would be interesting to know if it is a matter of the quantity of AY used or if it is more due to the SA2-A extract itself..

Yes.... I have used it for a few cardio sessions recently to good effect! Props to RXS for already ranking quite high as far as flavor. Alphamine just has a slight edge for me..

I took Bronkaid with OG Alphamine all the time. I did it for the energy, not really fat loss. But I was pretty shredded at the time!
