BLR Viron or Alphamax XT are two off the top of my head that helped me increase libido.

M test by CEL can help also look into Bulbine, Tribulus, and Maca to help you out

I have been running a SERM for the past 6+ weeks or so, on the advice of a board member. I'm on TRT as well, and was feeling like crap (sleep issues, no libido, no energy, brain fog, etc). I must say, it has made a very significant difference in the way I feel. I get morning wood almost every morning now, and haven't had boners like this in years (I'm talking skin-splitting boners!). Sleep and libido is much improved and overall I just feel better. Still get some lethargy here and there, but nothing crazy. The recommendation given was to use torem, but I am currently using ralox since I already had some. I did order some torem and used it till it ran out, but honestly feel like I get about the same effects from ralox (right now I'm using ~40mg ed, which is a low dose for ralox). I plan to cycle off the serm in a week or so, and see how things go from there.

Just to see if I could push the effects further, I recently purchased a bottle of M-TEST knowing I was going to be going off the serm, and I have been using that for a few days now. Probably still too early to know if there will be any additional benefits with this product or if it will help maintain my overall well being, but it does have a good ingredient profile.

Viagra and Cialis wont increase desire only help stimulate blood flow, if theres nothing going on in the brain as far as arousal cialis/viagra won't do anything for you. Definitely give CEL M-Test a try. Sounds to me like you've still got low T though man. Good luck, talk to the doc, see if this is a symptom of other medications you're taking

I understand you're on TRT, but have you have seen where your levels are sitting? Just because you are on TRT doesnt mean that you'll have super high t levels. You could still be on the lower side of normal, which of most of us just doesnt cut it

Just a question. Is it recommended to have a break even if switching between a SERM and a natty t booster. Just curious if it makes sense to give the body a chance to reset / achieve homeostasis? Now i know natty t boosters have insignificant test boosting effects, but all the same...

Yes, know it. I think it can be something with my adrenal glands or dopamine.

My favorite libido booster is Bulbine. Some people have been having great results stacking bulbine and m test.
