Hi, to lose a bit 'of extracellular water, also due to the bulk period, where clearly tarnished, what do you advise?
Formestane is excessive?
Formestane is excessive?
500 g carbohydrateI assume you are eating a lot of carbs? Do you know if it is excess estrogen?
I was just wondering, as Formestane is an aromatase inhibitor.500 g carbohydrate
Estrogen? I do not know!
I'm using ara+folli2+alphamax xt.
This summer when I used formestane, I had a significant loss of fluid, so I was wondering if in bulk could also go.I was just wondering, as Formestane is an aromatase inhibitor.

It might. I know that Formestane can be anabolic as well, just thought maybe you wanted to use something non-steroidal in nature. This summer when I used formestane, I had a significant loss of fluid, so I was wondering if in bulk could also go.
I tested one month of Slinmax ... forgive me, maybe it runs silently, definitely will have its function, but the swelling after meal I had always, and the so-called "muscle fullness" from carbohydrates (How should I eat 500g) I did not notice much difference!I would watch your sodium intake, and try to cut back on salt if you're noticing excessive bloating. Also, have you considered using a GDA supplement before large carb meals? Carb heavy meals always leave me looking bloated, but I've found that using a GDA like Slinmax before a large meal can help out a lot with bloating. Slinmax contains Na-R-Ala and Agmatine, along with other ingredients that can help control blood sugar, increase nutrient uptake to cells, and reduce bloating
Instead of reducing sodium, if you increase potassium?Less sodium
4-5 liters per day of water. You could also look into Inhibit E. It's an AI as well, and can help with water retention, but it isn't steroidal in nature. I'd definitely try the sodium/potassium route first.
Also, I know this sounds weird, but how much water do you drink? If you aren't getting enough, your body will tend to hold water.
