Yes, I drink water or bcaas mid workout! I usually take both. I get nauseous sometimes when I drink too much flavored drinks while training. LolKat do you take water breaks during your workout? I think u will benifit from Dieselade intra workout. Like drink 1/2 during and 1/2 after.

Ok I'll try that. I think it's been 1/2 a scoop with 16 oz.^^ me 2. I dilute 1/2 a scoop in 20oz water or more. Way better for endurance than just post work

I have tried jefit...it just seems to take so long to look up the exercises and get it all in there to actually log especially with Chris changing things so often for me. This current workout is different each week and each day. I would like to see my progress though. Just gotta figure an easier way to load it all into an app.X2! Or maybe a dozen! No I have a PWO and a pump product before but intra is just the bcaas. All training is fasted as well.Were you using anything else along with the intra?
