Very interesting! Can you give any more detail for what trest is doing for you? Gained much? Bloat? Prolactin? Dosage? Estro? How long you running it? Cutting, bulking, recomp? Trt replacement (as opposed to test)? Im very interested in the carnitine. I hate taking any meds like aspirin and what not but it seems a lesser hurt than some other meds.
I've only been running it for 2 weeks, 40mg ED. Recomping, which is what I almost always do, I never full on bulk or cut. I'm fairly loose but somewhat clean with diet, but on this run I've stepped up my protein a lot, moderated carbs to be under 300grams per day, and really increased my training intesity (I warmup with a barbell complex, do my regular weight training, then end my sessions with 6-8 laps of my gym with about 320# on the prowler, which usually leaves me wanting to puke lol). The complex and prowler are new to my routine, nothing removed, just added, so I expect to lean out while gaining muscle on this run. Also added in cardio on my off days (for recovery) - elyptical or aerodyne bike, very similar).
I'm trying to decide how long to run it for though, and at what dose. I'm planning on upping the dose to 50mg daily, once I complete a Tough Mudder (Urban Mudder) run in NYC this coming weekend. Trest will have somewhat of a negative impact on cardio, but with the inj carnitine, I don't think I really have to worry. Just dosing it a bit lower right now to be safe for this weekend. Thinking of running it for 8-9 weeks or so (solo). But I kind of feel like running it a lot longer because it's so amazing. Recovery is pretty awesome right now, minimal bloat when controlling carbs, no idea about prolactin (not taking any prolactin control), taking a half tab of aromasin daily (12.5mg).
