Epi lethargy

Just wondering how fast lethargy has hit during a cycle of Epi?

I havent taken it in a couple years, but a couple buddies are only 5 days in and they are sleeping all the damn time! Saying they feel "blah" during the day. They fear adding in something like 4andro (which i push on em all the time!) because worries over estrogen. Stano is gone, so wondering what could help?
Basically, i thought that it hit the hardest towards the 3rd week on Epi. Not 5 days in...

Week 3 for me. Only reason it hit me is because I upped my dose to 60mg. When I dropped back down to 45mg the lethargy went away

did you add on any supp to help with the lethargy or were you running Epi solo?

I was running epi/tren. Didn't add anything, just dosed less. Lethargy is caused by liver stress a lot of the time, a good cycle support will prevent this

ya, on my last msten/a1/Tren cycle, i was low on Cycle Assist so only took half the rec dosage and felt some lethargy. I added some Milk Thistle and NAC and it helped.
Anything else besides the usual 4andro or stano that can help?

Dermacrine, haven't used but ordered some for my next cycle.
The main ingredient is: "The primary hormone in Dermacrine is DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone)"
Im sure its a good product though...

I just happen to have some on hand...500mgs each. Says take 3 per day...guess ill give it a try.
I figured it would be best during PCT, as its more known for a fertility and sexual tonic!

Lethargy is caused more by low test/shutdown. Hence the reason for a "test base". I'm sure liver stress can contribute to it too, but I think shutdown is the main cause.

A number of things can contribute, elevated cortisol can have lethargic effects also.

well when i run it, unless i can swing 2 bottles of 4andro, ill try out 100mgs of DHEA, Maca, Cycle assist (of course), and since you mentioned cortisol, ill run 25mgs of Erase too....see how that goes.

MACA already provides a mild benefit at reducing cortisol, along with it's other good uses. ;)

Agreed. Just trying to hit every angle of this problem. jason267, dermacrine is great. It's A very good option for a test base on a lighter cycle.

It was about week 3 for me. I didn't do any test base because I wanted to see how it effects me. Also it was my first cycle ever. I
Lethargy was there but want too bad. I. Had worse with dmz, didn't even if like lifting. This time around I'm going go try derminecrine.

You know what fixes lethargy? Ephedrine, an 2 scoops of pre work out.

Btw, even on 600mg test prop, I'm still sluggish, but you man up an get your ass moving

It is probably this + dopamine receptor count decrease at the beginning of the cycle.

Epi is fine as a cutter, ran it a few times but wouldn't run it again due to the lethargic sides and dry joints. Probably running winny as my next oral cutter.
