Starting my first cycle! Let me know what you think and if I need to add or change anything.

Weeks 1-4
Iml Msten 2 caps each day
IMl advanced cycle support 2 each day

Weeks 5-6 (PCT
Iml advanced cycle support 2 each day
Iml ultra male 1 each day

Honestly not sure what a serm is? Do I need one? What would you suggest I do for pct?

Please do some more research before you start your cycle.
A SERM (or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) is basically what turns your nuts back on after your cycle so you don't loose all of your gains or get man boobs. Msten is strong stuff and it could take months or longer for your body to recover.

Everyone just says do more research and I have been trying to research it but can't find much at all on it! Could you please tell me how I should cycle it

We can tell you all day how to run this cycle but you should really have an understanding of what your putting in your body and why..

Some good advice here!
Lots of people post their logs (including me!) and they usually lay out both their cycle and PCT=post cycle therapy. Once you pick a SERM/PCT you can get what you need from the board sponsors

ALWAYS .... ALWAYS ALWAYS Have your PCT supps in hand BEFORE you begin your cycle !! This definitely includes your SERM of choice.
