Alright guys, I'm back into the anabolics and really excited for gains and growth!!
I've done one cycle previous to Diabolix and that was Ironflex's Halo X! It treated me fantastic with no notable sides what so ever!
What I'm looking for out of this cycle will be pure size, even if I gain a little bit of a puffy six pack I'll be good! I'm also looking to break PRs set while I was on Halo X!
I am 6'0 185-187 day to day currently) and 12 percent body fat. I'm not proud of my diet lately but when I'm stressed with school and work I tend to rely on junk here and there. I'll get that fixed up!
For this cycle I will use a slightly altered version of Lane Norton's Phat program. It worked wonder when I was on Halo X and now that I've tried it I know how to tweak it for my body!
Split -
Monday- power upper body Tuesday-power lower body. Wednesday- off. Thursday-hypertrophy upper body. Friday- hypertrophy lower body .
