koi1214 didn't get to workout on Saturday. I'll take 3 caps of EP1C tomorrow preworkout. I started 2 caps on nonworkout days that I did on Saturday. I don't know if it's me but I have been more hungry lately.

This is normal for sure at 2 caps. I took 3 the other day by accident I realized. Hunger increased even more

Ok guys! I don't know if it's just me but I'm on week 4 could be 5 of EP1C @ 2 caps/day. My joints are sore as hell! My body feels tight, hard & fuller. My body has that feeling like on a PH! Felling ANABOLIC! I'm hungry as hell and workouts are intense! I just started yesterday with my first dose of Orast1ne at 25mg. EP1C feels crazy!

I'm considering doing one more bottle, either that or picking up ABE and running that to continue the bulk. If I had the money I'd run both. Knowing how they each work for me I'm willing to bet it would be a killer stack.

Nice. I'm a Crossfitter (oh no crossfit) but if i can increase endurance at higher lactic thresholds I'm sold.
especially trying to get 3 to 4 reps of an overhead squat at 100kg out after fatigued.
