Ok, so here we go! A new log for a brand new adventure on my fitness journey! Just in case you haven't been around for any of my other logs- let me give you a quick summary...I started at over 200lb, lazy, and naive! Began lifting on and off about 7 years ago. Learning very slowly the right way to do things! I have been cutting for a very long time and I'm finally going to start working to gain some more muscle! Very excited about to see what the future holds!!
As far as nutrition goes- I am adding in calories slowly to build up from being on a cut. I am currently sitting at just over 1900. (185pro, 50 fat, 190 carbs) -Roughly...playing with carbs/fat. Carbs have not actually hit that high yet!
