Its cuz tren negatively impacts your thyroid. Ppl run like 12.5mg ED or 25mg EOD only for a few weeks b4 pct to normalize their levels. Its not necessary but it wouldn't hurt to do it. Not a significant decrease in T3, just a small decrease.Read that some people take 25mcg t3 on a tren course ? Even in a bulk .. Some say this isn't the point

My maintenance calories was 3000 like almost 30 pounds ago so I knew I'd have to bump them up quite a bit. For example, yesterday I did chest/back and ate 4500.Surely you'd get fat off 5000 cals even on tren lol..

I need more fuel on leg days, I need to bring them up the most for competition. I wouldn't worry about it brah, I'd still pound carbs postworkout, even more so on tren cuz it eats them up. I'm at 4000 n my maintenance is about 3000 Aswel roughly but all calculators come up different .
As soon as I'm on the gear I'll be up 4500 which is basically an extra mass gainer shake .
One thing on my mind , if i finish training at 8pm i don't want too many carbs but need them after training . You think 50g whey isolate and 25g of express carbs is enough ? If obtained earlier in the day is add 50-75g carbs but don't wanna put fat on at nite

U must not tolerate carbs well? Yeah I started competing almost 4 years ago. I have my next show in April and one in august.So like 50g carbs 50g protein then 10pm 50g casein

I don't use wet compounds really, so if I wanna bulk I tend to look tighter but if I'm cutting then I'll just get shredded.Ripped mate , fair play , how does your cutting an bulking work ?
