What is the best PH? And is there any info on cycle recommendations ,dose , diet ,etc also the best PCT really any info for PH cycle

Also how does the war pharma line stack up??
I have never heard of them before this but with no labels on their website and a price point like that...I am just going to say I sure would not order anything from them. Maybe they are new and make great stuff but they look to immature to risk my money in my opinion.

And your first question lacks any real substance? its hard to answer, its like asking what the best pair of pants are? So if you do not know what someone will use them for how could you respond to that? I would recommend you go read the anabolics section and learn for a bit before trying any PH. Then when you have done some research start asking questions. Ill be happy to help you out but it sounds like you are just starting so the basics are probably the best place to start. Creatine, Protein, Multivitamin go to the diet section and read and learn.

I'm looking for lean mass, strength. I'm new to this level of supplements but not training and the more I read the more I get lost there are so many stacks ,combos ,etc I'm looking for a direction to a proven line for the results I mentioned.

Without a doubt one step at a time! My problem is that I don't have anyone local I can talk to just looking for any help I can get. And blindly reading forum posts is like reading a legal disclaimer.

pills per day for each week 6/6/6/6/6/6/
5-alpha-test 3 a day

Tamoxifien for pct would be best 20/20/10/10 would be the dosing...you really just have to search around for "tamoxifen citrate research chem"..

Take your fish oil take your multi vitamin.

and just to be safe pick up some liver assist xtl

I like hdrol and epi... Both have low side effects, cheap, and the gains are just about the same as any other PH I'm aware of

If forerunner is the manufacturer what is the opinion on something like this (Forerunner Labs Alpha Lab Kit 504) for a beginner or is the stack mentioned above a better way to go about it. all opinions are welcome

If you stick with the bottle directions that is a great beginner stack. If you up the dose on the Alpha mass it can be very strong cycle. So with the kit dosing will be what determines your end results.

I am looking for the best results I can get. Would you go with the kit or your previous suggestion. Also the bottle suggest 6 a day I believe for the alpha mass what would be a suggest upped dose. I am. 6' 205 38 yrs old

I think you should go with the kit treat if like a learning experience try to get your diet & training on point. Learn to pct then move in to the heavy cycles.

I went with the kit. By there schedule it's an 11 week start through end of PCT. My next question is can you start taking a cutting supplement while you're on the PCT. If so what are some good product lines to look into?

Generally that is not a good idea, its harder to hold on to any muscle gained if you just right into a cut in pct.

Another hard to answer question. 6' 205 @38, unknown bf%, unknown amount of cardio done weekly, unknown resting metabolic rate, and at our age the difference between a desk job and working in the E.R. is like 1500 calories, easy.

Here's what I personally am eating today but I've got about 40 more pounds and looking for another 20 and I'm 2 weeks into a cycle:

Meal 1: 1/2 pound homemade turkey chili, 1/2 sweet potato cooked in coconut oil
Meal 2: 2 cups Cottage Cheese, 1/2 yam, pear
Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice, 2 chicken breasts, cup of homemade PB
Meal 4: post workout shake, 2 tbs honey, 60 gms protein
Meal 5: 2 Salmon filets, 2 cups brown rice, Steamed Veggies, some form of chocolate(F ya!)
Meal 6: 2 Cups of Cottage Cheese, Cup of PB

Some days/weeks/months I follow IF, some days I eat almost no carbs(obviously non-training days), Some days I cheat for the entire day, some days I choose to up my fiber or good fats, most days I don't experience the slightest kind of hunger, some days I want to throw up. Some days I eat 12 times, some days 3.
Diet is so critical though. My point is just that. Cycling is a monstrous, absurd, ridiculous waste of time if your diet is not dialed way, way, way in.

Ok I am able to figure my diet under natural training I didn't know if I should make any changes or eat more of something while on a PH i'm assuming that by dialed in you mean just that following a proper diet tracking proper protein, carbohydrates and fat but you also say that some days you eat 3 time some days you eat 12 times some days you cheat all day that doesn't sound dialed in to me or at least my definition of dialed in. could you explain what you mean by dialed way way in

Forerunner suggests taking with a fatty meal. Does that mean putting cheese on a Turkey burger? Or eating a fatty steak or a high fat beef burger? Or will either do?

They state that a minimum of 20g of should be taken with some of their products, 2 tbsp of peanut butter will put you at 16g of fat and would be healthier than a fatty steak or high fat beef burger- probably more convenient too

Yeah they do, just didnt want him to think he has to slam fatty burgers for the entire run, just giving him some options that are easy(er) to work into a diet

Sorry, I've been ranting a lot lately. Maybe I can elaborate. Although a set eating schedule is great, it is unrealistic for many and its also boring! My point is, dialed in does mean hitting your numbers(+500 min/day on a bulk) but I also cheat for a whole day if I've had a good week. I also sometimes am not hungry, so I do a modified fast and then get all my cals in 3 meals. Some days I snack more. On a bulk, after say, a heavy leg day, I've ate 1-2 pounds of lean pork and 3 cups of rice. At 245, its hard to breathe after a meal. I honestly feel that on an off day where I will eat maintenance for whatever reason and the following day eat 1100 cals over, is not bad. This is a bulk. Its not a fashion show. Throwing up, force feeding, cheating are all on the table but if you look at today's meal plan(prepared days ago) its pretty damn clean:
Cottage cheese/peanut butter/pear
2 chicken breasts/quinoa w low fat cheese/spaghetti squash w coconut oil
Peanut butter balls(pb, oats,coconut, protein powder, chocolate)
Pork tenderloin, potatoes, yam w olive oil
That's just breakfast through lunch.

Dialed in for a real bulk, especially one trying to get the most of your aas includes eating carbs at night, overeating, not counting every single calorie and cheating. In fact "dialed in" is a poor term. Disciplined bulking is a better one. If you want a recomp or "clean" bulk, get out the gram scale and disregard that your body burns a vastly different amount of calories per day based on an infinite amount number of variables. I know one thing, it is CAKE to drop fat when you've put on 50 pounds of muscle and a substantial amount of body fat. I hate wasting a good workout on a sub par macro plan. I'd rather overshoot and worry about cutting that bf later. That's why we have Winter.
