I would agree.
Which is why I'm neither arguing for or against it.
Its up to each person individually to decide if the positives of consuming milk are worth the negatives that come with it.
exactly right
notice, I said this was my
personal opinion - not something i'm wagging my finger at you and saying "you should really follow this"
is up to everyone to make their own decisions - and to live with the ramifications of those decisions as well
i drink skim milk though.... no fat and not THAT many carbs...
is not the
amount of carbs that is issue here, let's be very clear...
is the
source of those carbs, ie lactose, worthless
LOL. Im all for drinking milk and eating milk products, it is nutritious and delicious.
boldened is quite debatable and false, in actuality
is nothing in cow milk, that you cannot get easily from other sourcing..in fact, you want to claim you like it cuz it has calcium in it?
then go get some almond milk -- that actually has more calcium than cow milk
almond milk also is great source of vitamin E, manganese, selenium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, fiber, phosphorous in addition to the calcium -- AND, this is not "fortified" artificially but rather these are indigenous to the nut milk itself
and nobody said cut out dairy - I said adults can do without cow milk, and most have allergies to it - whether they know it or not
I am not the only one who has these opinions on cow milk -- look around, you'll see this is quite common opinion and shared by a great many in the industry, as well in the nutrition field
to each their own tho, as I said doesn't matter to me what choice you make
just make sure when you try to justify it here, you are factual in your stance -- else, I will catch you and call you out
