If it is the standard WalMart stuff it's okay, nothing spectacular like muscletech claims. I did notice they have some newer version out which I haven't tried hopefully it will be a significant improvement. For free definitely use it, maybe you will respond better than I did to it.

It'll definitely work, but it is overpriced. It is free, so that is not an issue. You can get equal or greater products for less.

I never had any good results on Hydroxycut, It gave me the shakes real bad and made me cranky I wouldnt take it if it were free JMO

Same for me but when I tried Xenadrine, I had better results with that than Hydroxycut. Too many pills to take with Hydroxycut IMO.

I tried both the old version of xenadrine and hydroxycut w/ephedrine in them, thinking yah "this is gonna get me ripped for the summer" What i quickly learned was the pills have absolutely no effect on your appearance if your diet is not in check and you don't do cardio.

Those are first and foremost, and will give better results by themselves than any thermogenic is gonna give you.

A friend of mine is taking Hydroxycut hardcore.
he's not taking it to put on any muscle.
Hes just taking it to lose weight and get into shape. It seems to be working out for him.

Just working out for 1.5 months he went from 265 to 230
now with hydroxycut Hardcore he is at 224 and losing weight fast.

Hydroxycut will not put muscle on you, it is a fat burner. Im guessing your friend is 16 as well? Well in this case I would not recommend it for him, but at least this is not something that will have as detrimental side effects as using steroids would (unless this is the same kid that took m1t as well). If he was very over weight, which at 260 im guessing he was, he most likely lost the weight from running and not from hydroxycut. When you are very overweight, it is much easier to lose weight at first, it is the more you lose the harder it gets, which is where he will find that hydroxycut isn't relaly doing what he thought it was.

Ha, yep, that is exactly what i was thinking as i read this post. When you're overweight to the point of 260, and i'm guessing 17-20 percent BF, you make ANY improvements at all regarding your diet or excercise, you are gonna lose weight. It's when you start getting down in the double digits and close to it that you really need some extra help in the form of a thermo, and have to closely monitor your cals and cut back and up the cardio and basically do anything you can to get those final few pounds off.

I have a friend who got some Hydroxycut Hardcore from a girlfriend of hers and was nervous about trying it and wanted me to guinea pig it for her, lol. So i did and i found it made me pretty warm and clear headed. My money would go to Lipo-6 anyday as far as legal fatburners go.

ive never used it . those who have used it ...to get them last couple lbs off(while diet and cardio was in check) please respond of u see this post..cheers
