Day 24
As always took my 2 capsules of PR-XT on an empty stomach. I am proud of myself for completing my workout but I think for the rest of the week I will be using the deloading method- and cutting my lifts by half of the weight used normally. I was getting frustrated with myself because I could not lift as heavy as I could last week. I think that this method will help to just move around but not exert myself entirely, and pump me up for the following week of training. I will also be taking Sunday off instead of it being a cardio only day. I fully recognize that I am overtrained but this could be due to mental exhaustion/stress I have been putting on myself to get my new business together for the end of the month...it all adds up I guess.

anywho, today's workout:
lat pulldown w/ underhand grip @ 95 for 15x2, 12x2 (this weight increased)
stiff arm pulldowns @40 for 11
@ 30 for 12x3 (last week I did 50 for 12x4)
1 arm db row @ 60 for 8x2
@ 55 for 10x2
seated pulley rows @ 100 for 12
@ 90 for 14x3
behind the neck pulldowns @ 70 for 15
@ 65 for 15x3 (last week was 70 for 20x4)

Cardio: hill lunges/ 0% incline fast walk intervals for 40 min.

Good work Doc!!! Sounds like that's what's needed. When are your and Mattys comps?

well since I am not progressing at the rate that myself or my coach had hoped for I will probably be aiming for a show in October, but that is fine by me so long as I get my metabolism corrected....way more important than the stage at this point.
Matt's first show of the season will be May 5 in Boston, and then he is looking at about 5 more shows throughout the season. He's a busy boy ;)

Yesterday I decided against the deloading...and just took another rest day.
Lat night as I was preparing my supplements for today I realized that there was a screwup somewhere...I only had 7 caps of PR-XT left, and my 28th day was suppose to be complete Sunday night :( I will still take the last remaining cap I have Sunday morning but I was pretty bummed out that I do not have enough to finish the complete 28 days cycle....

This mornings workout I did not follow my regimented training or cardio but that I needed to feel like I was having fun, and doing something entirely different. I took a class! Thankfully it was called Metabolism Mixer or something like that, and apparently the class always changes. I got into the right class today because it was actually HIIT!!!! lol I couldn't believe it. I was breathing hard and sweating my ass off. I was the buffest chick in the room but I was still completely impressed the ladies who crammed themselves in and followed right along with her! Much props to those women....I will never say anything about classes again!
I did have a good time I am glad I did it. Tomorrow I am taking another day off to rest and then get back into the game Monday.
I cannot believe that this log is almost up! 26 days today WOW!
PR-XT has done all that it has claimed to do IMO, but I will complete the log with my thoughts on the product.

Alright so here it goes. Yesterday was my last day of PR-XT, but I only had 1 pill left for my last day :( not sure how that happened but I took it anyway with breakfast as it was a rest day for me.
I would take 2 caps of PR-XT on an empty stomach on the days I trained along with my preworkout supp drink mixed with LCLT. I had no negative side effects while taking this on an empty stomach. I noticed many strength gains. Someone asked me what I thought of the product. I told them that I think it is a great recomping supplement, and did exactly as it was intended. I lost body fat, and was able to build muscle.
I began this log at 147lbs being carb free. Once I was introduced to carbs again my weight was fairly constant at about 150 for the majority of the time while taking this product. As you will see my before picture I was lighter in weight but my waist was much thicker, and I had less muscle definition. I know it has only been 4 weeks but there is a difference here.
I am truly amazed at how great this product is for recomping! I am curious to see how my body responds to the same style of training without this product....
It's been real guys and thank you MAN for the opportunity to log this product, and thank you everyone who followed me and supported me on this 4 week showdown!
