I am interested in running my first cycle ever. After some searching of the forum posts, I am leaning towards a basic test e cycle. But all I can find is test e with a whole bunch of other **** stacked with it. I'm just interested in running a basic test e cycle and post cycle therapy. I would also be interested in your views on supplements and nutrition

diet is something you need to nail down first before thinking of a cycle.same with training. What are your stats?

You can put on some weight for sure man naturally just give it time and eat more. If you aren't growing add 200 calories and then see if you gain, keep adding until you gain

You want to hit your natural potential first not only for age but for the underlying muscle first. I hit 175 at 6 percent before I thought of anabolics and I know if you put your mind to it you could easily hit 160 in another year or 2. Basically you just gotta eat forget abs for now and train and eat like a demon and you will grow for sure

I lifted all during high school, but after just stopped ( job, wife, kids, beer). Started lifting again 6 months ago. Not looking to become Mr. Universe, but I got bad genes in the family and looking for some info for future use.

you can still gain. strength gains are lost at half the rate they were gained so im not sure how long since high school but if im to assume you graduated at 18 and youre at least 25 then youve lost a good amount of high school strength. 6 months back is still a small amount. train for at least a whole year or id recommend two and the nlook into it. learn as much as you can perfect diet and training and come back then.

and dont use the whole 'bad genes' thing. my mom is literally under 5 foot and i come from a long generation of short and frail italians. my grandfather looked like my mom! lol trust me you can gain the weight naturally. bare minimum id say 150

That's why I am looking for some info now. Don't want to have no research to go on. Any good reading material/information you suggest/recommend?

Way too light man..listen to what crispy is saying...i know how u feel abt wanting to get bigger fast but u have a long way to go natty...atleast a few years of good lifting and eating, but if ur gna go ahead and take something and not listen, then imo go with a mild non methyl ph...safety should be main focus

I HATE this excuse. If you want it badly enough, then you will make it happen. Eat 5000 calories per day, train consistently and intensely for 5 years, and then talk to me.

No no no. I don't me bad genes as an excuse. I'm skinny as **** and have always had trouble with my arms. Everything else grows, but not the arms. Tried diet and different routines. Nothing seemed to work. Coach didn't help any.

I'm not starting a cycle anytime soon. I'm inquiring for informations sake. Can't find any basic cycles. Everything is stacked and I'm not interested in mixing all that **** together. I want to be well informed

Like I said, train consistently and intensely for 5 years before you start thinking that you can't do something. You may have to work a bit harder, but that doesn't mean you can't achieve your goals. You need to establish a better base before you even start researching AAS.

What is your training plan? What is your specific diet? How long have you been at your current caloric intake? These are far more important to making gains than researching AAS.
