So recently won a contest of sorts and received an insane package from the awesome people at PEs and USPlabs.
Decided I am going to run the erasepro and c20 as a nice stack and avoid other supps other then the staples.
Diet will be overall clean, but lets be honest i will have cheats.
My training routine is Monday Wednesday Friday 6pm to 8pm mma training.
This can be cardio focused, striking, or grappling, or all of the above.
I also go to the other gym every day and do fasted cardio in the morning for about 45 minutes.
I realize this is a weak start but I promise it will get better. I've been in front of this computer almost all day and my ass hurts.
