I am not sure what is in your record but I am with Avis and they are wide open. Might be a shot there, give me an idea of any skills you have and I can put some ideas together.

Well sorry for the lack of updates...

Day 7 of PCT. Just dosed down to 50mg today off of 100mg of Clomid.

Still 197 lbs!!! woot woot!!! (actually weighed in at 199.7 but I take a little off for my clothes).

As far as recovery goes I feel great. Gyno thing is still dead and gone, I can tell my libido is coming back strong and the boys are full haha.
I have been working out in a 4 day split. It is very light with 2 excercises per body part and 4 sets of low weight. Hitting about 12-14 reps each set. Just taking it easy after all the DC training. After My PCT finishes up I will begin doing a little more streneous cardio and try to cut down on as much fat as possible and lean up a bit before next cycle in June.

The vascularity is still there and I still get stares in the gym. Have recieved a few compliments from buddies and a few girls about how I seem to have bulked up and look a little more muscular. Its always motivation haha.

I will update later this week and hopefully get up some pics. I am do damn busy at work its hard.

Sweet stuff bro, glad to see the PCT is going well. Epic weight gains and it's also good to see that you are keeping the weight. Remember don't slack on the food intake, which I'm sure you aren't.

Thanks man. No I am not slacking at all. Probably eating more if that's even possible Haha. It doesn't matter I smash everything I get my hands on. In perspective tho its still healthy but I cheat a little more. Usually in the mornings.

Nice! I can't tell what's up with my diet. I've been in deficit for about a month or so but basically the past week I just started going back to the gym. Somehow i've managed to gain weight so I don't know ha. All I eat is steak and salad with occasional chicken or turkey in the mix and it's definitely below maintenance. Whatever I don't really care on my weight

Right on man. After my PCT I will go back to my basic 9 foods or so. Fish, Chicken, Oats, Sweet Potatos, Brown Rice, Protien Shakes, Eggs, Veggies, Milk. If I stick to those few for about 3-4 weeks and eat a ton I put on size and usually lose some fat. Then I cheat a little for about 1 week (in moderation) then I go back to the 7 things. Not gunna lie it gets old fast but it works and I value results more so whatever. Its easy to stick to when not on cycle when my hunger is average and a ton of calories arent required.

After PCT when I know my final weight then I will re-evaluate my maintenance calories and then go over by 200 calories (made up of protien and a little carbs) and stay at that until next cycle.

That's what I need to get set on is my diet. I think that's what is messing with me now and the only reason is because there is no room in the fridge or freezer for my own stuff. My parents stock **** like there will be a war soon, which doesn't make sense to me. I can definitely get down on eating the same thing everyday and that's normally what I do. Right now though I gotta eat what they are cooking, but I have limited it down to meat and salad basically for them. Still waiting on the after pics bro!

That sucks man. I know how it is. When my ex-wife was around she would stock up on trash food that i couldnt eat and it was terrible trying to stay on a diet. I should get the pics up work has been busy as hell. I literally have only been home to sleep then going back. I have even been showering at work and the gym haha. At least my work has a fridge so diet is not harmed. I will get pics up this weekend at least.

I've completely given up on woman in terms of relationships. I'm down to pound one out all day haha, but none of this emotion ****. The biggest obstacle i'm finding is my background check for jobs keeps on f'ing me hard. If I could get a job, i'd be on SD cycling that ish every 90 days lol. It sucks but whatever. I wrote ManBeast basically the entire jist of how things went down. Not looking to be a charity case ha, but any people got jobs available, I don't mind moving. It'd be nice to get out of this place and give everyone a HUGE **** YOU before I left

I started one too and they deleted it today, hence why this shows up as the only post I've made) but that's bad ass you're getting back in the gym and getting huge after all that terrible **** that happened to you, truly inspirational man keep it up. Also, do you go to Defined? Sports and Wellness? Alb is so small I may know you haha

BTW I've been reading what you've been posting, (starting with you talking about your beastdrol cycle I think? I started one too and they deleted it today, hence why this shows up as the only post I've made) but that's bad ass you're getting back in the gym and getting huge after all that terrible **** that happened to you, truly inspirational man keep it up. Actually I go to Charter which basically replaced the Gold's that was here. So before Charter I was at Gold's on San Mateo and Montgomery. I guess depending on your age we probably have at the least ran past each other. Seems like everywhere you go you run into someone you know in this podunk one horse town

Oh okay I know where that is. Yeah, everyone knowing everyone and seeing the same people night after night when going out got really depressing. I've heard good stuff about Charter. I know two guys that are trainers there now who were recently fired from defined. Tyler and Mike, they're f'n shredded.
